Danielle3773on 05/06/2017 14:07THE APARTMENT is lovely! The pictures don't do justice. It is nicer than it shows on the pictures. It is very bright, High ceiling. The garden is beautiful. The location is great! Only a 7-8 walk to piazza San marco. We would definitely stay there again!! Staff very friendly.

L and S Mon 03/06/2017 04:28Stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had stayed so much longer, the 1 bed apartment was huuuuge by any standard and the full kitchen was so helpful when travelling with a toddler. The staff are very helpful and location can't be beat. Quiet, quaint area with a real venetian feel but so close to everything you want to see. Transport link to the door and only 25 mins by water taxi to the airport. I would stay here again happily.
Only downside was a but of a hard bed which was a little difficult to sleep on, could use a mattress topper for comfort but that's only a small thing.
An oasis away from the noise and crowds of St Marks
bansteadon 15/05/2017 18:18Location was great, a few minutes walk to the mega busy tourist areas, but far enough away to feel like (almost) real Venice. Easy to go back and take a break from sightseeing.
Apartment 1 was spacious and reasonably equipped. The small balcony over the canal was great, we managed to sit and eat lunch outside, and watching the boats was very entertaining.
We arrived very late but the access was so easy, just wish we could have arrived by boat in day time.
Great having the supermarket close by, we could just buy as and when we wanted to eat in.
We didn't have mosquitos in the apartment but there were plug in repellents.
Bad parts:
Only one mirror and that was in the bathroom so could involve a wait!
A grill or oven might have been useful but we worked around that.
It was quite expensive, but as is most of Venice, and probably because we chose the canal view, plus the apartment could sleep 4 if required.
Not the host's problem but annoying kids running round upstairs/ ringing our bell by mistake (must have overlapped with another guest who reported the same problem).

Dylan Gon 26/04/2017 15:48Great staff and amazing flat but the bugs... the bathroom window was left opened before we arrived got destroyed by mosquitos and there were ants in the kitchen but by the second day they were mostly gone also the other people staying above us had kids and you could here them starting at about 6am no one really to control the other guests there hard to sleep

gfrith84on 22/10/2016 22:04We had a terrific time at this hotel in Venice. We were only a 10 minute walk to San Marco square. It was terrific. The staff were most helpful to arrange both taxis and tours. It was a terrific 3 days!!
