Unfortunately we only booked a week here, we mistakenly booked elsewhere for the week following and couldn't cancel it or we would have stayed longer. The hotel is a little isolated but within walking distance of a grocery and a few small places to eat, but we rented a motorbike and could be in Colva town/beach within ten minutes. Shane and his wife were outstanding as hosts, going out of their way to accommodate us, all we had to do was ask or mention what needed or where we wanted to go and they were there with the answers. The guest house is very lovely, the pool pristine. We hope to return someday, and I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone!

Have been there for the last republic day long weekend....

Overall experience was really nice. Excellent apartment situated in calm and quiet area.

Perfect place to relax and feel like home !

The host/owner of the place takes complete care and goes an extra mile to help you in any ways possible...

A beautiful property, serene and amazing place to spend your vacation. Very secured and we loved the playground they have, if you have kids , they will enjoy this place. The field at the backyard adds to it beauty.
Food is home cooked and very hygienic, full of flavor. I loved the aalu puri for breakfast. Shane who owns this place is a very helpful person, we can never forget the help he extended to us during the demonetization, as we happen to be there at that time. He is a talented singer. His wife Madhu is a excellent host.
We will be there again :)

You need own transport

Stayed here recently. Shifted after couple of days. Far from beach n nearby happening places at least 30 minutes. Rooms very basic, bath room extremely compact. Can hang one wet towel only !
B/F n Meals available against previous order. Only redeeming factor is the staff who are nice. Self drive or some transport arrangement needed if you stay here.
Swimming pool is available. 4floors n no lift facility.

Cool place away from city noise

If you are going to Goa for a relaxing weekend then this is the right accommodation. As a roadie I always love my car and I cannot be secure if my car is not securely parked, In this place you will get all type of security for your car as well as yours. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff was very humble and polite and always ready to help. They are always ready to help. They will fulfill your requirement as much as possible. This time we were 3 adult and 1 child and we inform the person that the bed will be little smaller for the child and the 2 adult. The person in-charge go out of way and provide us another extra bed with addition to the one extra bed i have paid. This gesture was very impressive. Whenever I go to Goa, I always stay in south and this is one of the best and recommended place for family visitors and the people who want peace.

At this place you will not get the service like a hotel as this is not a hotel but a holiday home situated in a calm housing society. This is a place worth your money. Highly recommended
