525lanason 11/08/2017 02:02We stayed just one night but front desk very friendly. When we got to our room the water in the sink did not work . I called front desk a gentleman came immediately and tried to fix it . When he could not he put us in another room . Even asked to help us move. Loved having refrigerator and microwave in the room . Very comfortable.b

Baymont stay 2017

Both rooms were not clean. For example(beer bottle cap on floor, dirty wash cloth behind the door, refridge had food in it, ants were crawling on the desk, hair on the bathroom floor and tub).We had a long trip and were too tired to change rooms. When I gave my feedback upon check out the next morning, I almost laughed when I saw he took $10 off of our $120 a night stay. This is a $69 a night hotel at best.
Musty Smelling (room 203)

A little while later we noticed a musty smell, (reason fan was on) When we got in bed the sheets were damp feeling, staff said airconditioner leaked on carpet and was drying out. Dirty coffee filter in coffee unit. Had to crawl under desk to plug in lamps because there was a air mover machine plugged in. Only 1 hand towel for 2 of us (had to go down to desk) At check out we ask for a discount and they said no. No apology or sorry for the inconvenience Paid $154+ (Friday night) The AARP rate for the following Friday I see is $62+ A positive: The check-in clerk was very friendly. The room should have never been rented out. Definitely avoid this Hotel.
Bugs, and SMELLY
justsabrinadon 06/08/2017 03:58I hate to give such a bad review because the staff was so nice including the manager. But. EW. Smelly. Like, musty AND smoke, even though it is a non-smoking facility. I had to spray my perfume on the pillows. And it was not enough. But sadly, I think it is in the carpet and curtains. I was also killing ants on stuff. I could hear the guy next door snoring. I felt like I was in a 39.00 room. Definitely not a typical Wyndham hotel. Would not stay here again. Do not go by the pics on the website.
