Traveling the I-95 corridor from Florida to NJ and after 11 hours on the road, I desperately needed rest. Was happy to find this Red Roof Inn right off of the exit. The woman at the desk was so sweet and informative. Checked into my room and was thrilled to, once again, find a clean room with everything I needed. Shortly after checking in I received a call from the woman at the front desk asking if everything was as expected. This is the first time I can ever remember getting a call like this but I was impressed. Have been staying at the Red Roof Inn for many years but this was a surprise.

This was one of the nicest Red Roof Inns that I have stayed at and I have been to many in many different states. I hope to remember this one and return......Try it and you will see what I mean!!

Very nice place. Staff were courteous and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool after a long day on the road. Pet friendly, but you'd never know it. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Basic breakfast with waffle maker. No eggs or sausage. Just muffins, bagels, etc. For the price, it was an excellent choice. Would stay again.

Bad Customer Experience

I didn't stay there!! I booked as a mistake!! Thru Fido.com for my husband driving to ME. to meet me. I put the correct dates, website reverted to day of booking! I called webservice, owned by Expedia. Change not authorized by owner of the hotel. He is keeping $ as a penalty, service not rendered! That is travel law! ( I know I've been in travel business forever.) Bottom line, if this marginal hotel was unwilling to make a simple date change, how will the treat the guest, Mr Patel?? Don't use Fido.com as well.,

Stay over going Florida trip

Nice easy check in , check out, for an overnight stay with kids or your pets while traveling.. Nothing fancy but staff was very nice. They had free breakfast consisting of dounuts, mini muffins, bagels, cereal, make your own waffle.. oj, coffee. Beds not pillowtop but for one night ok. We asked during check in about places to eat since we arrived late around 9pm and she gave us a list of restaurants. So, we ran out and picked up some dominos pizza but don't go pick it up let them deliver it. Reason being it was in a sketchy part of town.

Pet friendly but gross

The room they put us in was absolutely not what we're used to from Red Roof Inn. In addition to being disgusting (carpet was frayed, room was muggy even with the a/c on, beds were super old and uncomfortable), there appeared to be a group of construction workers living there that congregated outside of their rooms, smoking, drinking, and being extremely loud until about midnight. The receptionist that checked us in actually warned us about them, so they obviously knew that this was going on and didn't do anything about it. We love Red Roof Inn because it is pet friendly, but we will not return to this one.
