Not what it used to be
joycesG5276FQon 29/08/2017 10:32Used to be a decent hotel for a fair price. Did not find that to be the case any longer. Dreary rugs, walls. Furniture changed to awful cheap stuff since previous visit. Not as clean as I remember it. Halls needed to be vacuumed. The good news is no noise at all and windows that open.

Kind employees, simple hotel
Sydhannah26on 26/08/2017 23:24Let me start by saying that the man who helped me check in (well into the middle of the night!) was our saving grace! We were having trouble with our credit card and he worked with us to make it work! He could tell we were exhausted after enjoying a concert at Gillette Stadium and helped us get settled in quickly. I wish I remembered his name cause he was so helpful! The late night snacks left on the check-in counter are a plus too. The staff was about the only thing excellent about this hotel. Breakfast was just mediocre; the waffles were good, but most of the food was cold and the fruit didn't look very fresh. Our room was huge, but we were incredibly disappointed to learn the television in front of the beds didn't work. It was late at night so we didn't call for help, but it was upsetting to not watch it. The beds were comfy and clean and the bathroom was a decent size, but overall it was just an average hotel.

ncforestryon 21/08/2017 14:58Fairly good for the money, off the road, decent rooms, good setting. Found good restaurants nearby and access was good; shopping very nearby. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast selection left a little wanting but overall a very good value
3 Night stay visiting Boston
slmarshall25on 21/08/2017 14:57We visited your hotel in the Middle of August 13th-16th. We found your hotel seemed like an older hotel that had been re-made into a Country Inn and suites. The hotel room we were assigned smelled of smoke even thought the entire hotel was non-smoking now and there was some confusion with my reservation causing me to get locked out of my room. Being Gold Point customers we reserved 2 nights at the regular price and then 1 night with points and somehow they checked us out causing my room to lock us out. A little inconvenient when returning home from a baseball game late at night.
