Huge room but poor lighting
Minnes0taSueon 10/07/2017 18:36Because the price was reasonable and they took pets (we were traveling with a cat) we got a one bedroom suite. It was a great size but there was a hole in the bathroom door and the lighting was very poor. Kitchen was nice to have but had no silverware or plates. Staff was great upon check-in and we liked the location right off the highway and the beds were comfortable and good shower pressure. Breakfast is typical with some hot dishes and cereals. No traffic noise, but husband said the trains going by bothered him although they did not bother me, just be aware there is a train track across the road.

Great place to stay
892fawncon 03/07/2017 05:52The country inn and suit was very clean, comfortable, and had friendly helpful staff. The bed was soft , clean,
and comfortable. The pool was perfect temperature not to cold and the got tub as nice. I will stay again and would recommend out to anyone. The breakfast was great!
Nice hotel
Bryan Son 19/06/2017 12:51Very good value for the money. The breakfast is pretty standard, eggs, waffles, etc. The rooms are bigger than expected. Was especially impressed with the jetted tubs for the same price as a standard room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the north side of Cedar Rapids.

kellyoH8915YVon 14/06/2017 10:19My room smelled of old smoke, despite the signage everywhere (including on the door to my room) promoting a smoke free environment. Maybe it is...NOW...but, they sure did not gut the place to remove the lingering smells of days past.
