Poor Front Desk Service
Madison Ron 29/06/2017 20:50I've stayed here multiple times for work and the last few times the front desk service has been unacceptable. They need to have 2 people working the front desk so that if there are problems, there's still another person to attend to other guests. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk to get replacement room keys (they demagnetized) until the 1 person working said it's going to "be awhile" until he can attend to me. There needs to be more customer service training. This similar situation happened 2/3 nights I stayed. I wanted to check out a day early and the front desk person didn't know how to do it so I had to call the next day to make sure I checked out.
Also the breakfast is average and they're usually 5-10 minutes late to open the doors. I'm am on a schedule so that 5-10 minutes critical because I only had 5 minutes to eat before I had to leave for work.
Did get room reserved
paulmr2017on 27/06/2017 00:36The People at front desk not very helpful at check in, reserved one room and got some other room. When I asked people at front desk they said to bad.
To late to go somewhere else so stayed there. At least the room was very clean and food was okay

lkrcarrollon 25/06/2017 22:49I had to be in Coralville, Iowa on business. My family and I often stay at Country Inn and Suites when we travel, so I thought I would make a reservation to stay with them while on my business trip. I tried calling 4 times the evening of June 19th and each time the phone rang and rang until it disconnected. The next morning I called again, connected and was put on hold 5 minutes. I called back later that afternoon, someone answered and when asked about state/govt. rate, they immediately said there were no rooms available. Needless to say, I didn't stay there and I'm not so sure they are interested in the business anyway! Very disappointing considering we have always had great experiences with this hotel.
