Nice hotel
Amy Bon 30/05/2017 22:18We had booked another hotel but were unhappy with that hotel so we reserved a room for the following two nights at the Country Inn and Suites. I called around 10 AM the first day of our reservation to see about early check-in since we had to be out of our other hotel by 11 AM. At first I was told we could not check-in before 2 PM, but then the front desk agent agreed to let us check in at 1 PM when I explained we were already in Gillette. When we arrived shortly after 1PM, it took some time for him to remember agreeing to the early time but eventually he remembered speaking to me and since there were no double queen rooms ready, he gave us an upgrade to a double queen suite. The room was nice and the extra seating area was a bonus since there are four of us and we were in and out for two days in between softball games. The room was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. Our stay included passes to the waterpark connected to the hotel but it was not very impressive. The waterpark would not influence my decision on whether I should stay there again or not. The breakfast was good and one the of attendants was possibly the friendliest person I came across in some time. She engaged everyone in conversation and was always smiling. She is a very positive representative of the hotel. Overall it is a nice hotel and we would consider booking a room there next year as well.

joannehZ9947APon 18/05/2017 12:13Excellent place if you have kids and been on the road for a long drive it gives them a place to burn the excess energy off. Well laid out so you can enjoy the hot tub while they play on the slides and a good wading area. Rooms nice, clean and quiet, it was a peaceful stay. Breakfast was the normal fair, plentiful and with choice of using plastic or real plates and silverware.

The staff was really kind, smiled and were professionally patient.
Our room was quiet, spacious and had luxuriously high ceilings.

Catherine Son 13/05/2017 05:45The staff was extremely friendly, check in was simple. Breakfast was great! Clean, comfortable rooms. Will stay here again! Everything was very clean and welcoming. Easy location to get to and plenty of places to eat right nearby!

garygH5147ADon 26/04/2017 13:46This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel staff is main asset to this hotel. The person that checked me in couldn't have been more accommodating. This was a first for me. The rate was more than fair for this caliber of hotel. The breakfast was more than what one could expect. You won't be sorry for staying at the Country Inn of Gellette WY.
