Just ok
James Bon 04/06/2017 01:26Hotel is ok. The rooms are ok, not great, water stains on the ceiling. The carpet has stains on it. The bed is kinda hard and the pillows are typical hotel pillows. Bring your own pillows. The pool is dirty. It could use a good scrub down. Lots of scum around the top of the pool. The hotel is quiet, you don't hear traffic or other guests. For the price I would have thought it would be a lot better.

jackrC1898BMon 02/06/2017 16:55My trip to Hot Springs was spur of the moment trip so I was looking for clean moderately priced place for one over night visit. The Country Carlson fit the bill perfectly. It was conveniently located, very modern, clean, and within my price range.
Memorial Day Weekend
DannaWyatton 02/06/2017 04:19Nice property. Parking was a challenge, since it is adjacent to a restaurant and a few other hotels.
Vending machines were out of order on one floor and almost empty on the other 2 floors, I'm sure it is serviced by an outside company and not a direct reflection on Country Inn.
Staff was friendly and the room was very clean . Overall a very pleasant stay, would stay here again.

E9588XSpatriciaron 31/05/2017 14:45Very nice place. Great location near the lake and was clean and nice people The parking is a little tough due to the business next door. The breakfast eggs reminded me of powder eggs in the Military. But other than that it was a Great experience
False advertising/over charged
seeledon 23/05/2017 17:07The quote I was given over the phone on two different days was $15 per night less than what I was charged. When I asked about it, they said that was just an estimate. Another customer told me it happened to them as well. The breakfast advertised on the website it not what is offered. It is NOT cooked to order. For the price and breakfast, next time I will stay at the Embassy downtown. The rooms are also larger at the Embassy.
