Chris Don 24/08/2017 02:10From the outside and in the common areas of this hotel, it appears to be an ok place - but once in the room.....the carpet was dirty, there were numerous cigarettte burns in the bed spread and I told my husband that while he was in the shower - don't look up....the ceiling is soooo moldy!!! The hot tub had so much chlorine we couldn't breathe - go elsewhere!!! Or where your socks!
On the plus side - the airport was very close and the staff were friendly!
A very good staying experience
L9283ZCkennethbon 20/08/2017 10:24Excellent facilities. Clean rooms. More could be done with breakfast for diabetics. The parking lot was big, but so many visitors will fill it up by 7PM. Many hotels in this area charging a lot and providing very little. This hotel also has an indoor pool and fitness room. But overall, good.
Room reeked of smoke!
978johnnymon 17/08/2017 19:50As a Club Carlson Gold member I was assigned to a horrible room. It was a former smoking room that was turned into a non-smoking room at the first of the year. The room reeked of smoke and had burn holes in the carpet. The carpet, drapes and especially the couch reeked of smoke. It was awful and toxic in there! Horrible experience! I would expect more from Country Inn and Club Carlson!
POOL Chemicals Unbearable!!!!
P946XUjoshuamon 06/08/2017 17:45The room and hotel was a little less than what you would have expected at a Carlson location. But it was "just" OK. The pool was terrible!! The chemicals were so strong they turned my son's blue shorts brown. I literally had to go outside to get fresh air. The chemicals were so strong the board of health might close the pool if they find out.

ryow729on 06/08/2017 12:21It is located just outside of the Knoxville Airport and there are several restraunts just around the hotel. You can enjoy clean indoor pool and fitness center. Staff are kind-hearted. Various kinds of breakfast are welcome.
