The quality of the rooms are top notch and have been consistent throughout the two weeks. Food is alright!
Bad smelly room
sanjivkumargon 24/08/2017 17:18Terrible smell in the room.Hotel Location is qood. Bed sheets and towels are not clean. Breakfast has good menu.The room amenities were below average, blankets were smelling and pillow covers were old. There were no room slippers, the toilet was always smelling and the wash basin was clogged . I would not visit this hotel, unless i have some work in near by area.
Good Service but Bad Amenities.
Shikhar222on 20/08/2017 14:20The place is quite far from most of places. I guess, someone visiting a nearby place to Mahape should only prefer this hotel.
The room amenities were below average, blankets were smelling and pillow covers were old. There were no room slippers, no bathrobe, the toilet was always smelling and had a leakage, the wash basin was clogged and room locker was also not working :(
Apart from these, the service was great. They were very courteous and helpful. They gave the highest floor room on request. They also changed the blanket cover and pillow asap on request.
In room dining had limited options. Most of the items were served till 11pm only. The quality of food was average (both in room dining and buffet)
I would not visit this hotel, unless i have some work in near by area.
Pleasent and Happy Stay at Country Inn & Suites. Love & Respect from the Staff made it a memorable stay to be cherished
Saishishiron 13/08/2017 23:24Mr. Kushal Mangwani (Duty Manager) was of great assistance throughout our stay at the Hotel. Hotel ambience and the quality of food served was excellent. We got the best deal with bath tub facility, gym and swimming pool all together at a very economical budget.
