C2080TOdawnwon 30/06/2017 18:46This hotel is clean, staff were friendly and the beds are so comfortable, the mattresses were memory foam slept like a baby. This hotel is right off of 90 very convenient and breakfast was delicious. Great hotel for the price.

We had a choice of several hotels in the area, and Country Inn had the best facilities and amenities. Everyone on staff constantly made sure we were being taken care of.
Portage...a well kept secret
Al Bon 26/06/2017 23:53I wanted to stay at a hotel that was in Portage, and not in over priced Chicago. This one was perfect. Next door to a Longhorn Steakhouse, and just about 500 yards from a Bass Pro Shop. The room was great, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, area very clean. Hotel was very clean. I'd stay here again.
Excellent Customer Service Recovery
Anitra Won 26/06/2017 18:52We stayed in this hotel 3 nights and had issues with housekeeping services. Our room wasn't serviced while we were out the entire stay! Apparently, the housekeeper reported that we refused service. However, the general manager was excellent in offering a service recovery credit and has since changed the process of reporting when a customer "refuses" service. I would definitely give them another try as it is in a convenient location and has an awesome pool and gym area.
