Z7206JLkarenton 08/08/2017 05:27Not much in the way of customer service. Noisy inside and out. Not much effort expended in getting us a room similar to the one we booked. The room we got was small and cramped and dark. Not much in the way of dressing area and not many plug ins. Coffee and breakfast were both awful. Spent extra b/c of this. Will stay elsewhere next time I'm in town
Girls Weekend
bobodog10on 07/08/2017 10:42My sister and I went to Saint Charles for a girls weekend. The Country Inn & Suites is a prefect location for visiting Main Street. The hotel is clean, the beds are super comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
Great place to stay in St. Charles
Diane Fon 06/08/2017 02:31Wonderful staff, rooms were awesome, mattresses very comfortable! Great breakfast, the young lady in charge is awesome! You can walk to all the shops and places to eat are just down the street! Covered parking!
Lovely hotel in a great location
Cheri-Missourion 04/08/2017 13:38Our rooms were clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was large, bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The variety at the free breakfast was pretty amazing. The layout of the breakfast room allowed for numerous people to get their food without bumping in to each other. The location to Historic Downtown St. Charles and the Ameristar Casino was perfect.

John Kon 03/08/2017 22:11Nice, clean hotel. Located in historic district. Near good restaurants and lots of shopping. Hotel staff were great and friendly. Ate at BBQ restaurant next door and was great. Brewery down the street was good. Parking on site.
