Parking nightmare, misinformation and security issues.
268daphnedon 17/07/2017 01:04Told wrong time for breakfast when booking room (early flight). No to-go bags available. Parking nightmare with no security. Was able to come in through a back door at midnight down a guest hallway without using my key. Easy access to airport, but very pricey.

Sam Son 16/07/2017 13:52It's just good. A little too much for the value, but given the location to the airport I get it. The only real complaint is the shower has 2 temps: hot and Mordor.
They do leave cookies for you at the desk. And the bed is adequate.
Good stay, welcoming staff, convenient location
kth618on 13/07/2017 21:57The outside looks a bit sketchy but it's a very welcoming hotel and staff. I had no problem checking in and my room was very clean. My only problem was the website shows the hotel has an outdoor pool but the staff never mentioned the pool nor where it was located. The airport shuttle service was awesome as it ran every 10-15 minutes all day. Overall a very good stay!
Convenient Location for International Travel

Bed was hard, decor needed updating on 3rd floor (I stayed on). Cookies at front desk was a nice treat.

It's very basic accommodation which really does need some refurbishment.
The beds are lumpy. The shower pressure in my room was not great.
The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and helpful but other staff members were not as friendly.
Breakfast is included which is appreciated but I didn't find it terribly satisfying.
I heard from a person who works here that this place is in a rough area of town hence as a solo female traveller I did not venture out during my 2 night stay.
It serves a purpose and I'm only staying here as it's the departure point for my tour down south.
