Mini vacation
John Won 09/08/2017 02:43This was my first visit to this location but it will not be my last. The visit was very pleasant with all the things that you expect from higher priced chain motels. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the options plentiful. They offered eggs,fruits,waffles,cereals,bread,meats and more. Checking in and out was quick . The beds were very comfortable and the configuration of the room was great for a couple where one sleeps in longer. There is a front room with a tv that you can close off from the bedroom area. Parking was a little limited due to some remodeling being done.
Never Again!
Stephanie Con 08/08/2017 22:38No hot breakfast, no pool, we were checked into a dirty room. It was horrible! There was no door between the bedroom and living room. The air condtion didn't work so our room was freezing and the living room was too hot. We were u happy with everything but the shower!
The night that will not end
DAPHNE Mon 30/07/2017 03:19Under massive construction, had to find another hotel at the last minute. Country Inn agreed to a refund due to the construction and the amenities listed not available. It has been a nightmare trying to obtain the refund. Every manager I spoke with Bob, Judy, and Jay was all very unprofessional. I had to contact the corporate office in hope to get a resolution. Very disappointed with the this location, even though I turned my key cards in immediately and went to another hotel, the hotel agent did not sign my key card out til the next day and continue to lie regarding my stay even with proof of the last minute search for another hotel, registration and payment for another hotel for the dates I should have been at Country Inn. The hotel agent will not clerk will not admit to his mistake which cost me. The staff do not seem to have integrity or common decency to treat other as he or she would like to be treated. Instead they chose to stand behind a deceitful person. Hopefully the corporate office have more common sense than the staff at Country Inn and Suites located at the above address.
Disaster under construction
sarahsT6635IEon 23/07/2017 18:59They were not transparent of the enormity of the construction. No hot breakfast. No pool. No laundry. No lobby. Complete disaster. One redeeming factor was Joe at the front desk. He did all he could to make the best out of the situation.
No notice of major renovations
Ronald Ton 16/07/2017 10:18If you don't mind the noise and debris of construction activities, then this is the place for you. The view from our room was plastic with tape. We also did not have access to the pool, exercise room, or the hot breakfast that is advertised. There was no notification that the hotel was undergoing renovations. I'm sure that once the renovations are complete, this hotel will be very nice. I recommend calling them ahead of booking to confirm the status of the renovations.
