Great Staff! Great Breakfast!! Very Clean!!
Ckay71on 08/08/2017 20:18This location is close to the airport and in our opinion rates well above the curve and I'm not sure I have all the words to adequately describe our appreciation for the super service we received. We noticed Pilots and Flight Attendants checking out as we were checking in which made us feel good about our choice. The reason we were in town was because of the Rodeo on 07/29/17 and Johnsie was so sweet and extremely helpful about sharing information about the location and how it all worked! We had a great time and when we arrived back at the hotel she sincerely wanted to know how it went and was happy to get our feedback about our experience. The Breakfast room was very clean! The hot and cold breakfast was great with lots of choices and the coffee was hot! The staff taking care of it was very friendly as well! We left the next day and were 3 hours away when I Realized with a Sickening feeling that my PURSE was left in the drawer!!! .... I called immediately and talked with Rickey who confirmed it was indeed left in our room. I asked him to hold it and that we would pick it up in about 3 long hours.....From the tone of his voice, I just knew it was going to be alright and Indeed it WAS!!! When we arrived Rickey was already gone for the day but he had taped a note to it and alerted Minesh that were coming back to get it. I LOVED the fact that Minesh asked me to Identify it and ask for Identification....He accepted my husbands Identification and signature before handing it over. With all the terrible things happening in the world, it feels good and is SO refreshing to experience such Friendly, Helpful and HONEST people! If you are going to be in Columbia SC area this is definitely a Great Place to stay!!!......And again, Thanks to Johnsie! Rickey! and Minesh!!!! Can't thank you enough!!!!!
Relaxing and Refreshing
Deborah Son 31/07/2017 23:49Friendly and courteous staff. The room was very clean and cozy. The continental breakfast was the best I have had thus far, the selection of items were great! Enjoyed some time at the indoor pool which was very clean and towels were fresh and clean. I would stay again just to relax!

denniesc2017on 29/07/2017 14:42Great location with great personnel. I believe that Ruchu at the front desk went out of her way to help us. She is a very dedicated employee. We have stayed at this location many times and I would always highly recommend this hotel.

alandW2760PDon 24/07/2017 14:41My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The heated pool area was nice and I got a good workout in the exercise room. Our room was what we expected and everything in it was good to go. The only thing I would recommend on changing is to have another option for meat during breakfast other than the cream beef. The cream beef wasn't bad, but after our third morning we were hoping for something different. When I travel with my family, I always pick our hotel by if they serve breakfast or not.
Worse than other Country Inns!
L806IZbrianlon 15/07/2017 04:38Room smelled of moldy moist air and cigarettes. We tried 2 other rooms before finally settling on just a smelly one. Beds seemed clean but bathroom not so much. We didn't trust the breakfast either. Don't stay
