Stayed 2 notes, room was a suite, so very uncomfortable, no themostat on wall, on in back room on ac unit, other bedroom in front, no air flow!!!'
Not much if a choice & this hotel is charging inacceptble rates for what recieve!!!

LAWRENCE Mon 27/07/2017 02:07Were visiting Letchworth State Park which is located approximately 2 miles from the hotel. It is the north entrance. The hotel was clean, staff were very nice and caring. The breakfast in the morning was hot and was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The lobby has coffee and cookies 24 hours a day. Would most certainly stay here again when in the area.

Eileen Hon 24/07/2017 23:02Loved the suites. Great value. Available at all times in the lobby....coffee, tea and cookies. Staff was great. Breakfast was much better than most and the staff made sure that everything was well stocked.

P6831BMsabrinadon 24/07/2017 17:12Very comfortable and clean rooms. The bedding was luxurious. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. The only negative I would have to say is the pool was chilly, would have liked it to be warmer. The location to Letchworth State Park was ideal. We will likely come back for another stay.
Clean, comfortable, convenient to Letchworth
kitten1978on 24/07/2017 11:34Spent the weekend with my girlfriend to visit Letchworth State Park. Chose this hotel due to the proximity of the hotel to the entrance of the park. It was a pleasant stay. Did not spend a great deal of time in the hotel, but did enjoy the full breakfast in the mornings which was above average by standards. Also enjoyed the swimming pool which was very clean and well attended with clean towels and a whirlpool hot tub. Overall, a pleasant visit. I would return in the future for visit to the area. Mount Morris is quaint and friendly with a really great Italian restaurant, Questa Lasagna.
