N2766CUjenniferson 06/06/2017 01:05Upon check in the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Housekeeping kept our room clean during the stay and the housekeeper's were all friendly as well! The hotel over all was very clean and well maintained! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Ithaca!
Family reunion
caroljm2017on 05/06/2017 16:36We stayed in the hotel for a family reunion. It was dog friendly, for my son and his wife. It had a pool - the grand children. Complimentary breakfast - very easy on every one's schedule and the rooms were spacious and clean. My granddaughter, 4 years was surprised that the couch turned into a bed. The living room area in the room was large enough we could hold the 4 year old's birthday party.

markmQ8516LSon 27/05/2017 23:49Thank goodness Ithaca has some new hotel building going on. We prepaid for a King Suite for our family for graduation weekend. We paid for a three night minimum for a ridiculous $550/night. Upon arrival, the hotel staff said they don't know what happened but that room type was unavailable. Instead we were left with a sparse room without even a couch. The manager did not show up the following morning as promised, and, additionally refused to allow me to speak with her when the front desk staff reached her on the phone. Perhaps she will be lovely when I finally speak to her. If so, I will add an addendum to this review. Because of this, we have decided to shorten our stay. I am hopeful that they will shorten our commitment appropriately.

christinaaD9729ETon 27/05/2017 14:02Very nice accommodations and lots of extra treats (umbrella, mug, snacks, water, cute toy) in honor of Ithaca College Graduation. It was the perfect place for our whole family (5 people with 2 spacious rooms) to stay

Kari Con 13/05/2017 14:09Everytime I stay at this hotel I wake up with a terrible cough in the morning. The last room I stayed in was infested with ants. I would rather sleep in my car than stay another night at this hotel honestly.
