Great Location and nice room
brucee345on 16/08/2017 17:31Ground floor room, asked for a cot which was a good size for my teen son. Clean room, with friendly staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Hotel is located very close to the mall and other shopping in the area.
Could have been better, could have been worse
Melanie Kon 16/08/2017 01:59First impressions matter. The outside of the building is gorgeous. We were feeling good. Then, we were "greeted" at the front desk. The gentlemen seemed less than thrilled to be there. He was however, pleased to find that I "actually had a reservation" so that he "didn't need to do any work". Then, the phone rang. This must have been his tipping point. He mumbled about the phone ringing constantly and never answered it. His attitude was less than stellar and not a great way to start our stay. The rooms were clean enough. Beds aren't fabulous, but were adequate. Breakfast was good. During breakfast, the same young man was dealing with another customer who appeared to be having trouble with her reservation (I could only deduce). He could not have cared any less, as evidenced by his body language and facial expressions. My star rating is based solely on the fact that a few days after our trip ended, I remember the employee, rather than remembering the stay, which is a shame. I had a better stay the following night at a hotel in another state, that cost exactly half of what my stay here cost.

Karen Aon 14/08/2017 03:10We stayed overnight on our way to Boston. We arrived late in the evening. Our room was comfortable ...clean.....the staff was very friendly and we had an easy quick check in. Would recommend this hotel for a quick stop over!

Jjlandry101on 13/08/2017 19:11Stayed for one night for shopping on the way back to Canada. comfy beds, good service and breakfast was good. Lots of parking, not much noise, bit on the pricey side but all and all it is a good hotel
