Paul Gon 17/05/2017 23:23called before booking to ensure they offered thestay park and fly pachage and couldnotget an answer Customer service rep wanted email last 4 of social etc to confirm before answering. Booking.com claimed could park and fly for $254 called the actual hotel next day and was told alset but 2 days later upon arrival we were told room wasn't paid for we did not book a park and fly package and the room was another $150!! NOT how anyone should have to start a long over due vacation! Definately will NOT stay here again!!!

Snoopylover618on 17/05/2017 14:53Hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was bright with a very comfortable bed. Convenient to airport and other amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. lobby was very comfortable and had relaxing area to sit and chill.
Bed & a bath
CINDYLL49on 15/05/2017 14:00As usual, you pay a great deal of money to be near an airport, especially in Boston, but the Courtyard is very pleasant, they keep the car for the week, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We are not computer savy, so the front desk person helped us do our boarding passes at the hotel. This was a big help and we really appreciated it.

The staff were anxious to please and were very pleasant to the patrons. The room was quiet and we had a wonderful stay. Good location!
Great Marriott Hotel!
Lbarranteon 01/05/2017 23:53Came into Boston a day early and stayed at The Marriott Courtyard Boston Logan Airport.
A courtesy bus took just minutes to pick us up and the driver was so very polite and friendly! Checking in was a breeze and then hit the restaurant for dinner.
Great meal and nice atmosphere as long as you are not looking for too much Night life... also serves breakfast. Lots of food for a decent price! Would recommend this hotel and plan to stay again when visiting Boston!
