Nice Stay
kkrezzon 08/06/2017 21:17Stayed here on business for one night in Northern Indianapolis. The hotel was clean, nice atmosphere that you come to expect from Courtyard, room was clean, bathroom was nice, everything a little dated. But again, for one night on business, this hotel is perfectly fine to stay.
Terrible experience
danna12263on 03/06/2017 19:59We are relocating to Indy and stayed here during a 5 day house hunting trip. The only room available was a king with a pull out...pull out terribly uncomfortable. Temp in room was freezing and we couldn't turn the air off. Finally after the 3rd call (2nd day) someone finally cam and changed the battery in the thermostat and then it was able to be adjusted appropriately. That night the power int he hotel went out and we ended up choking out and moving up to the street to the residence inn (which was great!). On check out, there was no power, but they wrote down all my info to send me a bill. 4 days later i had not received a bill so I called and they sent it to me by email, but they had charged me for all 5 days when we had only stayed 3. They said they would remove the extra charges and send me a new receipt. Now 72 hours later, still no receipt. Life is short, stay somewhere else as there are other good choices.
If you have to stay in Carmel, you could stay there.
Cyril Ion 23/05/2017 14:49The hotel needs a face lift, it's a very very busy hotel, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean but the decor is more 1980 than 2017 !!!
The gym is very very small with only 3 machines . This is not acceptable anymore in 2017.
Please renovate and everything will be perfect .

Comfortable choice
Charlie Zon 17/05/2017 01:11This is a comfortable, clean and convenient property. It within walking distance to the Convention Center and many downtown restaurants and shops. There are some nice amenities on-site, including a small cafe/restaurant which serves a good selection for breakfast and dinner.
