Try Coco Bongo (awsome)
SLSPlymouthon 19/08/2017 15:48We booked a cabana on Coco Bongo island which cost just over 100GBP for that you have a cabana with 4 sun beds, a double swing bed a corner settee, a dining table for four and most importantly a free mini bar with a full size bottle of fizz, two 300ml bottles of wine 6 cans of soft drink 4 beers, 4 still water and 2 bottles of fizzy water! Then a little later comes a large tray of fresh fruit besides chilled flannels and a "special cocktail". This is a luxury day out and time just flies by being waited on and having the staff cater to your every need! We enjoyed it so much we went back again a week later! For a look at how the other half live give Coco Bongo a visit! Its certainly an experience!
Not 5 star but a good 4 star
lol-lcrechendon 18/08/2017 16:25Hotel is very impressive in communal areas. Food for light all inclusive is okay but do bed and breakfast so many choices elsewhere and cheaper. Upper pool lovely and pay as you go bar very Turkish lots of Turkish music that was not a problem. La Plagne bar is the all inclusive one by the man made lagoon and more up to date music especially for the younger generation. Drinks and food available at this bar but some things like cocktails not included which didn't bother us. Lovely spa. Jet ski etc but you pay extr? Could not fault the room except for the bathroom. Tiles need grouting etc but otherwise clean but not what you expect from 5* VIP. Had to ask for towels etc 3 or 4 times but got them in the end! They haven't met anyone like me before. I said okay I wait here right on reception. Lovely complex generally nice staff. Looking forward to dinner at Ocakbasi this evening.

kizilozgon 17/08/2017 18:53Great hotel nice food but I think they need to add some sort of activities and also change the type of music they play near the pool and the beach other then that it was a lovely hotel with lovely workers
Soulless
Penny-Newtonon 15/08/2017 18:08I visited this hotel 3 years ago and thought it was bad then. This year I gave it another go to see if it had improved. Sadly not, actually i think it had got worse. I didnt actually stay here, just visited for drinks. Who on earth has given this hotel its 5 star status? Hotel ratings surely go beyond its "bling" entrance, its "bling" lighting system. On arrival, once through the metal detector we were left walking around this empty, soulless hotel. No one greets you, no one smiles, no one asks if they can help. My husband and I headed towards the Coco Bongo bar for a drink. It was a Saturday night in high season, yet the place was empty. We sat in one of the many empty seats reading the cocktail menu but were told every seat in the bar was reserved! For whom i wondered? No one could offer another bar to drink in, so we left. There was no apology. This is where the staff of the Cratos have no idea about true 5 star hospitality. Other worldwide hotels would have bent over backwards to accommodate us.
Ill try saying this in a very politically correct way - maybe the people that have rated this hotel 5 stars and rave about it have come from countries where service, style, elegance and good hospitality isnt their best asset. The Cratos dose not come close to any of the proper 5 star hotels your find around the world, New York, London, Istanbul and Paris.
This place lacks 5 star the minute you step through the front door.
But I suppose if you had real class you wouldn't check in here anyway!
Lovely hotel
Ceyda Con 15/08/2017 09:17I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my boyfriend during our 2 week stay in Cyprus. This hotel is beautiful and well worth the money.
It has a beautiful pool and beach and the hotel it's self is very clean.
I went for light all inclusive which means buffet style food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Including drinks with meals)
By far the best buffet food I've had. Was all fresh and a lot of traditional Turkish food which was nice to see.
I found two faults with the hotel which have been picked up on in previous reviews.
The bar la plange where you can get your drinks from (for free) is placed at the furthest point of the hotel. This needs to be looked at by management and maybe some consideration to have a bar at both the pool and beach for those to get drinks, without such a long way to go. Where it's placed gives people the impression that cratos want to make it difficult and tiring for guest to get their entitled free drinks.
Also there's no iron in the room and the hotel do not provide you with one. As they have a team who will do it for you.
If you'd prefer to iron your own clothes and to save money then I'd advice you to bring your own iron.
Overall lovely place X
