Very poor maintenance of facilities

The place is very poorly maintained! There's a musky smell everywhere! We visited their Davao and Boracay branches, also very poorly maintained! Please do fix and clean your facilities so your customers will stay loyal.

I got to visit this hotel specifically their casino. For me, the casino was clean yet not too spacious. It could have been better if they find a way to make it more spacious like other casino in Cebu.

The reason I booked this hotel is because it has lots to offer. Since the weather in the philippines has 50/50 chance of rain in August, you can still have fun in Cebu cooped up in your hotel. They have a casino, several restaurants and the roof top adventure(zip line, sky walk, wall climbing and flipping coaster).
Don't go to their 24 hour quick mart. 7/11 is just beside the hotel where you can buy cheaper stuffs. Malls are just around the corner, you can just walk. They should reduce the room rates since it kind of old and needs updating. I stayed in room 1130, we had to ask for hotel slippers since they forgot to give us hotel amenities. I expected flat screen tv, the fridge is not working, the vents has molds and curtain needs to be changed. Wifi should be faster. But it's ok because we barely stayed in our hotel, Cebu has lots of tourists spots, historical places and adventures.
The pictures in their ads should be more realistic. The pictures looks spacious, in reality it's small.
I will still book this hotel on January because the Sinulog festival can be enjoyed here without the problem of road blocks and traffic.

We checked in from August 18 - 21 at Hotel Crown regency
These hotel service is very poor. Their crew take too long to assessed you. rooms had so much cockroach, housekeeping services incomplete and the cost per night are pretty much higher compared to other hotels...They must improve their hotel quality and sevices to give satisfaction to their guest.

The fire exit that doesn't exist

The staffs were nice and friendly, buffet breakfast was mediocre, nothing to write home about but my main concern was , when I tried to use the fire exit which by the way has no light so one can't see anything at night, the staircase at the 9th floor was a dead end, they have used it as a store room for old and broken furnitures. I tried going back again to the main lobby at 10th floor but it was locked from the inside, it was just pure luck that i have not closed the door at 14th floor or I will probably be stuck there for a while. I brought this matter to one of the the staff and he told me I have use the wrong exit ( although it was clearly labelled as exit) there is another exit towards the middle of the. Building which has lights and no obstructions but how am I supposed to know which one to take in case of Emergency? When I raised this concern to the. Night manager she told us that she's been there for two years and nothing happened.. clearly she has no clue of how many building regulations the hotel has violated. She clearly states that the hotel passed the fire inspection but I doubt that..
