Beautiful Property with topnotch interiors and service
Gaaeethon 30/08/2017 08:13The hotel could be outstanding but without a good team you just cannot have a pleasant stay. This hotel has a great team be it front desk, in-room guest services or house keeping. We were greeted very pleasantly by Abhishek at the front desk who offered us drinks and refreshments as we had a delayed flight followed by a flat tyre in the cab. We immediately got our room keys (super-fast checkin due to the inconveniences we had faced). We entered the room and the super efficient staff were already at the door with our coffees and snacks.
Their breakfast buffet options are soooooooooo vast, they have multinational cuisine for breakfast itself. Their chef walks from table to table talking to his customers, I couldn't get his name but he has tons of tattoos, you cannot miss him. For the guests who are not from India, he explains every dish to them in short (by the buffet not at their table).
The housekeeping staff is so fast and efficient. I would like to mention the name of Sanjeev from housekeeping who does a quick and fabulous job. What I love about him is that he is smiling all the time, speaks decent english and greets you well.
I think this hotel has a perfect package of great team and magnificent ambience. Kudos.

Jat73on 28/08/2017 20:47Overall experience was good. Decent hotel, clean room, I stayed in suite. It was quite a big suite. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Food was good. The location is not great, too far from airport and other attractions. I was there for conference, which was in same hotel. It was ok for me. There is not much too do in the area. But if you need a hotel in Noida, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza greater Noida.
Great 5 star hotel

Best place to move out from the city mood with luxuries
Ankit Pon 28/08/2017 04:25Beautifully located on the outskirts of Delhi-NCR (Greater Noida to be precise), Crowne Plaza is a perfect place to be in for luxurious get away from the city hassle. The courteous staff, spacious rooms with a mind blowing view and the 5-star dining are some major attraction. It might sound loud on the pocket but the experience strings every beat to perfection. Highly recommended!
Pleasant stay always
