Great hotel and location
RamboNWAlbertaon 10/08/2017 21:43We stayed here for two nights as part of our bus tour. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Rooms had great wifi, air conditioning, safe and were more than adequate.
Breakfast was included in our stay so we used that each AM. It was ore than adequate, great choices, fresh and well laid out. Area gets very busy at peak times but we had no trouble getting tables/service.
Hotel is in great location, easy walk to core areas, lots of pubs, eateries. Site was safe, clean area and no issues. We dined at Ginger Bistro nearby which was excellent!! We also dined at Robinsons upstairs in restaurant and thought the menu/food there was fantastic !! Also had drinks both nights in Robinsons pub, great place at street level !! Both places are only a few minutes walk away.
Wold most definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

idb50on 09/08/2017 19:19Stayed for 1 night on a business trip to Belfast. I arrived early but they accommodated and offered a different room which was fine. An issue with the air con was quickly resolved.
The room was clean, comfortable with all amenities I needed including tea and coffee, and iron and ironing board. I had dinner and breakfast - both were tasty and fresh.
Staff were all keen to be helpful and genuinely friendly, offering to call taxis/sightseeing tips etc.
I would strongly recommend this Holiday Inn to both business and leisure travellers. If I return to Belfast I won't book anywhere else.

Si_Tezon 09/08/2017 17:36A nice hotel, of what you come to expect form a HI.... rooms were nice and the breakfast was great, even when there were 2 large groups of 40+ there was still plenty to go round.
Biggest asset was the staff from check in to bar staff to restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful
The food was also really excellent

Ellenkathon 09/08/2017 17:13My friends and I had a really pleasant at your hotel. Super friendly staff, that stretched to give their truly best service. Nothing seemed to be a problem to them. We asked for an extra duvet in the room, we forgot our keys and I needed something printed out - everything was fixed with a smile.
The gym was small, but well equipped for a good workout - towels and water bottles in the gym. The rooms were really nice and clean, good size with everything you needed, good bed and nice bathroom. The coffee excellent!
I regret that I didn't tip the receptionist that helped me the most...

Rachel Mon 09/08/2017 09:36Nice hotel. Decent price! Good selection at the bar. Room was clean and a reasonable size for the amount paid. Staff were friendly. We only stayed one night but we would likely stay again. Could do with a fridge in the roon though.
