Comfortable bed for the night

Was driving home from family get-together and stopped in Texarkana at Days Inn for the night. Bed was confortable but the room was dated. Shower didn't work, but tub did. Surprisingly quiet, so we had a good night's sleep.

Nasty place! Save your health stay somewhere else

Dirty, roaches, didn't rest as place was unacceptable...I will never go back. Location is good...the only thing going for it.

Bed was very hard. A board would softer. Hurt my back by the to get up. 5.00 am.

Customer interaction was very detached and disinterested. Acted like he could care less if we were there. Empty parking lot should have been an indication. Room was dirty and poorly maintained, I wish I could post pictures... Found a roach on the carpet in the morning.

Good price but poor customer service

My husband and I arrived around 10 pm at the property only to be hassled by the woman checking us in. She tried to tell me that I must have used a "special" rate to get the price I got but I told her I did not. I booked the hotel 2 weeks in advance using booking.com. She continued to get irritated and demand to know what rate I used. Her computer was down so she had to call an office somewhere and was extremely irritated with the gentleman on the phone as well. After about 40 minutes of this I said we were going to find another hotel. After that she walked away and her husband checked us in without a problem. Not sure what miscommunication was there but it took 50 minutes to check in after driving 8 hours and it was not something I would recommend.
