Stilk Fon 29/05/2017 23:57my experience was good this hotel Decameron the attention was good and very fast with my ordered. the landscape was very pretty y is near of the beach . the room was very comfortable and beautiful. it was have refrigerator with snack and service to bedroom, the food was very nice buffet type breakfast. lunch and dinner more bar for drink, it was have pool big with slide
i went to the beach and i swam on the sea with my friends. in the night i been in the beach and drank beer and danced with my friends was one night i never forget
i recommended it is one hotel very interesting for they will go with their family and knows different activities

Nice clean rooms. Lovely food
The staff here are great to everyone and the desk crews were always eager to get you things you needed. This was a first rate experience and one I will look forward to repeating next year!
No good brand
Jorge Zon 20/02/2017 15:53I was 2 days with friends and Family. Decameron name was for me highly recommeded hotels. But everything turn down when we arrived and during our stay. The facilities locks old and unconfortable. The check-in was filled out manually. No small refrigerator in the rooms, with hot weather.They dont have wifi free in order to have it, need to pay and just coul reach in the reception. . Only pointing basic things that became worse if you want to go deep. The odors in the facilities were not good. Only the staff made the stay very confortable. But these facilities need renovation.

franzschubert2016on 30/08/2016 13:51The Decameron Galeon is a very nice all inclusive hotel, a little bit far away from the city, but counts with all facilities you need during nice, relaxing vacations. It counts with a private beach, amazing gardens and excellent restaurants. Stuff is very helpfull. We had a duplex room for two in the last flor, the view was just amazing, during day and night. I highly recommend this hotel during your vacations in Colombia.

Problems: very poor confidentiality, unsafe rooms on floor 10th., and they discriminate between local tourists and foreign tourists; and BAD customer service. Go to Decameron but at your on risk, and better if you do not complain at all.
