Jredding252002on 19/07/2017 03:39Wow extremely good visit, professional staff, Good clean grounds, cleans rooms and great amenities number one on my list next time I'm in town. It is not a chain hotel it is family owed and operated. Great price. Happy very time we visit.
Nice Pit Stop
Gary Won 17/05/2017 15:03My grandson was playing in a baseball tournament in Valdosta, about 30 miles away, and all the rooms in the immediate area were booked. It was a pretty good drive to the park, but what do you do?
When I checked in at 2 eastern time, the clerk was hospitable, giving me directions to Valdosta and nearby restaurants. When I went to the office that night to see if there was a working ice machine, she seemed a little frazzled, saying a graduation party had been there the night before, and now, the ice machine wasn't working. She gave me some ice from the office and told me the ice wasn't for filling coolers.
I got it.
Having spent the day at the ball park with a bunch of screaming kids and adults, there wasn't much time to enjoy the room before crashing, getting up early, and doing it again.
The room was larger than I expected. It was very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It came with a small fridge and no microwave, but no coffee maker.
There is a campground with rv sites as well as tent sites that looked relaxing. The inn is easily accessible from I-10 with a convenience store and fast food nearby.
I would definitely stay here again, hopefully, with more time to enjoy it.
As far as the clerk being frazzled; after driving 3 hours to get there, another hour to find the park, the afore-mentioned screaming kids and adults, then driving back to the room, I could relate to frazzled.
All is forgiven.

T134uon 25/03/2017 02:16There's a lot of potential here but it needs some help here and there.
Internet works well, so that's great. A good spring cleaning and updating some items would go along way. Overall a basic and relatively (for the price) clean room.
Hunting camp stay
Brian Gon 01/12/2016 18:47Stayed for a hunting trip with my son. It serves the basic needs, nothing fancy. Probably would not stay with my wife, only my 16 year old son and I. It was close to the hunting camp. I stayed at the Days Inn down the street, a little nicer room but 30% more in costs.
Love this place
Jim Ron 10/10/2016 17:25We have stayed in the campground about 20 times over the past 3-4 years. Always had one of the "Pull Thru" sites. Grassy, level, shady, good power and good water. The owners are friendly & helpful. Previously we stayed at Yogi Bear next door but the sites were horrible and twice the cost.
