Perfect hotel in the centre of La Massana!

We stayed here in June 2017 for a week's guided mountain biking (booked via the most excellent Singletrack Safari). The hotel simply couldn't have been any better in terms of location, right beside the main gondola, close to the centre of town with a variety of eating/drinking establishments and shops, and with a supermarket and bakery within one block of walking. It was also extra handy for us as it was the right side of town to get to Rider's Boutique where we hired our bikes from.

The room was absolutely lovely! Huge in comparison to similar offerings in the Alps, with a small balcony (perfect for drying things on in the summer sun!), large and comfortable Austrian twin beds, reasonable size TV, small fridge (ideal for chilling your Camelbak before a day's riding) and a large bathroom with plenty of hot water.

Breakfasts were good, with a decent selection of cereals, hot food (bacon, eggs, etc) and continental (cold meat & cheese). They were missing the vital ingredient of tomato ketchup for our bacon sandwiches, but I know that's a British thing! Oh and bring your own tea bags, they only had Earl Grey for black tea, no English Breakfast!

Everything else about the hotel was great. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff, discounted laundry offering for mountain bikers (vital!), and best of all a truly secure bike lockup in the garage across the road. Oh and they even gave us a fan without us asking (there was a heatwave while we were there) which made sleeping much more comfortable. Great customer service!

Honestly this hotel is great and highly recommended! The only disappointment was the wifi which was unusable in our room, and even in the corridor (where we got better signal) it was still painfully slow. I suspect that's not the hotel's fault, but with Andorra not having any EU roaming agreement in place (and hence mobile data being prohibitively expensive) we were more reliant on the hotel wifi than usual, so this was a little frustrating in the evenings.

Overall a truly well deserved 5 star review, and if we're ever back in the area, in either winter or summer, this will be the first place we check for availability!

Few steps from Gondola in La Massana. Perfectly clean hotel with really good service. Food is delicious and various. Stuff in restaurant are simly perfect! You dont see them, but they are always beside your table, and they will do their best to you eat good and enjoy in food. Recepcionist speak perfect englih,and they are helpfull. Rooms are comfort, with good size, and have terraces with cheirs and table. Beds are big and soft, with nice pillows. Bathroom is big with shower. You have minibar, sat-TV. Good Wi-Fi working in all hotel. Skiing in Pal-Arnisal is really good, even in April. You have many natural snow, and sunny days, with good temperature. All ski resort is coverd with Wi-Fi.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in March on a ski holiday through Crystal Ski. Small but lovely hotel, very well presented, modern & exceptionally clean throughout. Room lovely, a little smaller than expected but perfect for what we needed, warm with very comfortable bed, wardrobe space, fridge with bottled water, good sized balcony & lovely bathroom with large walk in shower. Restaurant again modern, very clean & well presented, very good food, plenty of variety during the week, didn't feel the need to eat out during our stay. Ski / board locker room just off reception. Staff lovely, very helpful & welcoming 😊 Location great, just a couple of minutes walk to the gondola for Pal-Arinsal and bus stop just across the road for the free bus to Arcalis (definitely recommended!!) & Andorra Le Vella.
Would definitely (and already have) recommend Hotel Del Pui 😁.

Stayed here for a weeks skiing. Many hotels have nice staff, usually down to training and policy. Every one here is nice, because they are genuinely nice. Didn't think of them as employees, more like friends. They are polite, funny, professional, helpful, cant praise them enough. The hotel itself is small and modern. The room was clean, with a balcony and large shower. It overlooked a main road (plus mountain views), but with the door closed traffic noise was minimal. The food was varied and well cooked, in a buffet style. Usually meat, fish and pasta on offer. The hotel has a ski boot room near the front door/reception, and the gondola cant be more than 50m from the hotel with a lift from the ground floor to the gondola. If I was being really picky, would have to say that the room was a tad stuffy some nights, and of course opening the door increased the traffic noise. Also I was surprised that the room did not have tea/coffee making facilities, quite rare these days for a hotel not to provide this. Nit picking aside, a great place to stay and I hope to return next year.

A small friendly hotel, close to access to gondola station

I stayed at the Hotel Del Pui on a Ski holiday. The hotel is very close to the gondola station for Pal and just opposite the skibus stop for Arcalis. It is close to the shops and supermarket in La Massana . It is easy to get to Andorra La Vella by bus.
The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. The rooms are comfortable and the cleaning staff do a good job. Rooms have a shower rather than a bath (in case you prefer to have a soak in a bath after a hard days skiing). The shower has a good flow and the water was always hot. The rooms have a fridge. It would have been nice to have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities/coffee making facilities in your room.
The rooms are quite hot and I did have to open the balcony door to cool down. However with the door open there is noise from traffic.
Guests can use the ski store in the Hotel (on the ground floor) and you can keep ski boots in your room. There is a bar in the hotel, handy for pre -dinner drinks.The restaurant is buffet style. There was a good variety and choice at meals times. Occasionally I would have liked the food to be hotter.eg the bacon and eggs at breakfast were tepid. The price for drinks in the restaurant was reasonable.
The hotel receptionist staff welcoming and helpful. All the hotel staff were friendly. I would definitely consider this hotel again if I return to La Massana.
