Ramada Denver

Perfect 1-Night Respite

Not good not bad - OK for one night
davidc2010on 03/06/2017 20:57Arrived here late at night - shuttle from airport is shared with other hotels so stopped at 3 hotels prior to arriving which is not good after a long tiring day of travel - return to airport next morning, no other stops, so better. Previous guest checking in was told only 3rd floor rooms are available now" - we also were allocated a 3rd floor room but I don't believe we got the room we booked, as it was supposed to have a sofa bed as well as King bed but only an armchair in the room not sofa - as there was only 2 of us it was not an issue but we should have received what we paid for. Front desk staff next morning very unhelpful with regard to info we were trying to ascertain re the winter storm in the mountains - just directed to the lobby computer to "google it". Breakfast room is small & breakfast fairly basic but adequate - had to ask twice for the decaff coffee pot to be refilled. Overall, just an average hotel - probably wouldn't book it again but it was ok for the one night.
Near airport, breakfast, clean, good rates
CalamariPharmDon 03/06/2017 17:01We flew into DIA and stayed here before beginning our driving trip. It's perfect for a one night stay. Lots of cars in the parking lot, but never felt crowded; one elevator, but never had to wait on it. Clean, small, courteous staff, breakfast, wifi.
Things I liked:
- clean
- near the airport
- restaurants nearby, but not in the hotel itself
- breakfast 6-10a, waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, pastries, toast, coffee, oatmeal
- small in a good way (convenient parking, 3 floors)

J4837PLtammycon 03/06/2017 03:40The room was nice but small. The bathroom was very clean and looked recently upgraded. The only problem we experienced was the hotel charging the wrong card.
