Perfect location in Berlin
Marie Øon 27/08/2017 19:01Lockated in Mitte close to u- bahn you have everything you need near by. The staff was super friendly and helpsome, and room clean. Two free beer and water every day in the minibar! I got a handicap business room as I was travelling alone, I didn't mind the extra space that gave me. I rented a bike at the hotel for two days, no doubt the best way to see the city. I did not have brekfast included so don't know how that is.
Great location in friendly and efficient hotel

Friendly and efficient staff at reception and at breakfast.
We had a family room/apartment that was actually two separate but adjoining rooms, with a view over the canal and well equipped with two bathrooms, fridges, microwave and two ring hob.
Air conditioning might be good in summer but for us having a family room we were able to open the front and back windows which allowed some air movement through the apartment.
OK, it was a little noisy overlooking the road but this is a city centre hotel in a great location - it's a couple of minutes walk to the old Nikolai quarter and maybe ten minutes to the TV tower and Alexanderplatz (the TXL bus from the air.port stops here).
And there's a couple of U-Bahn stations within a couple of minutes walk.
Breakfast was more than adequate with a great range of ham and salami.
Oh, and the room and the hotel in general was spotlessly clean.
Would we stay here again? Definitely and we may be back next year.
Small but good
jand13_17on 13/08/2017 12:33The location was good, you're everywhere super close! The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. 2 waters and 2 beers free daily. The breakfast was spacious enough everything was very tasty and fresh
Impossible to sleep in the summer
Travellelon 13/08/2017 08:21The hotel has a major drawback; there appears to be no ventilation and therefore the rooms are extremely hot in the summer. If one opens the windows the street noise is so loud that one cannot sleep.
Everything else in the hotel is actually quite good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is very good. Staff is friendly.
Good for older people
Marieta Son 12/08/2017 19:22It is quite centre but not the best area...old design hotel that will fit more with older people than young ones.. It is one minute to a U bahn stop and they are nice. If you want to be closer I will recommend to book close to friedrichStrasse bahn ;)
