Which in case of the room I stayed in was very long overdue - almost everything was in need of repair, from the sink to the shower head to the bed. But probably worse, there was a lot of noise from the water mains - probably both from other rooms as well as some mechanical device, since the noise was regular and all night long.
Staff was very laconic listening to complaints ('we'll inform housekeeping'). That should not be necessary, of course, but also I very much doubt that anything will be done to follow up on my remarks. And that probably best sums up the whole experience - nobody seems to care about service.
two weeks stay
leilin2017on 10/07/2017 03:39This is a pretty good hotel, quiet,nice enviroment,and there is kitchen combine with all the necessary things. It is very convenient for the people like me, single traveller. Also the supermarket is just downstairs. I like this place and will be back for sure in the future.

Maintenance in my block. Room change is not provided.
Wi-Fi often cut off. I failed to do my work because of poor wifi, smelly pillows, dirty balcony, plastic sheet on my windows.
THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO SELL THIS ROOM.
YOU WANT TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY BUT IT COMES BACK TO YOU AS BAD REVIEW.
Great for the business traveler
kennith oon 25/04/2017 02:09I have been to Munich several times on business and this hotel is where I always try to stay. It is located in a quite part of town within walking distance of Olympic park. and is four blocks from the Gern Ubahn stop. The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating. There is an Italian restaurant "Amadeos " in the hotel. The lasagna and pizza are great. There is also a Tingelmans store located in the premises.
Peaceful and Cozy

It is located just outside of the busy downtown area but is close to an u-bahn where you can access any local attractions. The area is peaceful and is located in a residential area. It is a nice area for taking a walk around the hotel and through the neighborhood after dinner. Since my first visit in 2009 the rooms have been modernized. The rooms are always cozy and comfortable. Parking is easy and we usually just street park. There is paid parking across the street as well. Across the sidewalk is a Tenglemann's where we got fresh baked goods in the morning for breakfast. There is a paid breakfast available but I have not eaten at the hotel before. There is an Italian restaurant located just outside of the hotel and have eaten here many times. I would stay here again if in the area.
