The hotel manager was not helpful. The pool as shown is not working and has not been for at least two years. Cockroaches in room. Dirty towels and no facilities in rooms as advertised. Windows broken. Asked for a refund but was told to go away. would not stay there or ask friends to.

Worst place that I ever stayed- don't go here!

My husband and I drove Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica and back and this hotel was positively the worst that we ever stayed in. You had to be buzzed into the hotel office and there was a sign that said "no fist fighting, no drinking, no gathering, no illegal activities, no guns" and a few more items. I wished that I had taken a picture of the sign.

Our room had 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth that were so thin and worn you could not use them for rags. I asked for more hoping that we would get better ones but the manager never brought them.

Both the bath tub and toilet had gray marks which I never figure out why. but it was not pleasant.

The room next to us had a broken window and in the am, we were approached by a person begging for money.

The only reason that we stayed is that we could not find another place to stay. We left the earliest of any hotel on our trip and were glad to leave. This place does NOT look anything like the pictures and is a total rip off

I would strongly advise you NOT to stay here no matter how cheap it is.

We're usually not too picky with hotels, we lived in Europe for a few years and we traveled a lot so we try to do so cheaply as possible and pick cheaper hotels that still are decent. This place looked nothing like the pictures or else we wouldn't have booked it. The room was so dirty and gross looking and smelled like smoke even though I'm pretty sure it was a non-smoking room. I didn't even want to walk around the room without my shoes. We really didn't want to stay there, but thank goodness it was just for a night. Usually, we sleep kind of late and leave as close to check out time as possible but we could barely sleep because the walls were so thin we could hear everyone all throughout the night. Seems like a lot of people live there. We got up at like 6 AM I think which is rare for us and we just got out of there since we didn't want to stay there another second. The bed was also uncomfortable and dirty feeling and the water pressure was not good. The pet fee is also pretty high which doesn't make much sense considering my dog was cleaner than this place. Definitely would never stay here again.

Another thing I wasn't too fond of... I plan all our trips so I'm the one who does the bookings, but I have severe social anxiety so my husband is the one who deals with check in and talking to people. It's never been a problem for him to check in even though the room is under my name since we're married and my card is his card, but the guy made him make me come in to deal with it which was already extremely uncomfortable for me and on top of that he had a heavy accent which made it even more hard on me. My husband had to leave me alone to sit in the car with the dog. Then after check in when I just wanted to be done with it, he proceeded to walk me all the way to the room even though he had another customer to deal with and walk in the room turning on lights and talking about everything which I could barely understand! It was so awkward and uncomfortable especially for me.

We showed up the place looked nothing like the photo's on line
the office was Dirty, The pool was empty, The Manager showed us 2 rooms both you could not even walk into due to the smell of MOLD. The manager ran back to office and charged our credit card anyway. this place needs to be bulldozed under

Again i wanna say a lot of thanks for animation team. I was there just 1 week. And i was everywhere in Hurghada, all clubs, all bars. And i enjoyed so much. And always i was happy, every morning stretching, darts, dance lesson, volly, and water gym. Every evening different shows. Mister, miss, comedy, karaoke. Thanks for all of you. We will come back
