Wow! it's an AZ B&B Farm...
Sophie Ton 23/05/2017 14:50I stayed during a business trip coming back from Sedona in May. Good news! they had rooms available on my way there. Lucky me... they were booked shortly after I got there. Slept very well with the quietness and the fresh air from Cottonwood, which is what I was focused on. I did not realized i was on a farm, my grand father had one. It brought up great memories: their fresh farming breakfast , rusted jeep with flat tires on the yard LOL, down to earth owners cooking, homey ...awesome! Expect to hear and see the reality of being on one, if you have not, be open-minded, it's not often you will have a opportunity to experience a B&B Farm especially in Arizona. It's very different than any usual B&B or any hotels.
Wine trip
Frederick Hon 16/05/2017 23:56We went up for a weekend in the verde valley wine country. The room and bathroom was spacious and the host was very friendly. The neighborhood was just okay. It should be 3 1/2 rating. Our biggest comment having stayed in several b and b's was the breakfast was just okay. The portions were small and although part were made to order could have been more robust.
A great place to stay

Wonderful Little Gem B&B
tammytornquiston 03/05/2017 23:29My stay was over Easter weekend. We had a nice private room upstairs. Very clean! Fiona was awesome, friendly and helpful...The farm fresh eggs made for an excellent breakfast. The llamas and goats were a fun surprise! We had a nice time at this quaint little hide-away. We will definately be back for another stay and I would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay in Cottonwood...
Great little hidden away B&B
Lisa Ton 27/03/2017 01:09We booked the upstairs deluxe room. It was spotless, had everything we needed, was well-maintained, bright, nice view of the grounds, and it was quiet. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and double walk-in tiled shower. The breakfast was a protein-enriched belgian waffle (w/bacon pieces cooked right in), maple syrup, yogurt, homemade jams & jellies, coffee, milk, juice...it was good. The grounds provided a great spot to sip our glass of wine/beer while stargazing in a huge open sky, free of the noise pollution we're used to in the city at home. There's also adorable little goats and llamas on the grounds away from the house. Close to lots to do, especially in "Old Town" Cottonwood. The owner was very friendly and we enjoyed talking to him during breakfast since we ate after & before the other guests. He really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Questions on TripAdvisor asks "is this a good HOTEL for..." This is not a hotel, it's someone who opens their home to guests, and provides a wonderful experience. It's a true B&B, not a hotel, which is so much more personal.
