Nice stay on the top of munnar city

It was nice staying in Deshadan mountain resort Munnar and even after having good experience we again opted Deshadan resort in Alleppey. In the lap of mountain it was the top of city. Very good food. We specially enjoyed the trekking and view from the top.

moluchauhanon 18/08/2017 16:54We went for a family holiday to celebrate our mother's 60th birthday. The staff made it so special by organising a special surprise. It's a beautiful resort and has the best service. Be ready for a drive up the hills as the resort is away from the main city but it's totally worth the drive.

Shrija1234on 04/08/2017 11:02Deshadan mountain resort is a place for people who want to sip a cup of coffee or have a drink, sitting in the balcony n enjoy the mountain view. The mountains covered with clouds and the chilling temperature during the rainy and winter season gives you an ultimate relaxation. If u visit during rainy season please do carry a raincoat or umbrella . It might be little more of a luggage but the greenery that you see in Kerala during rainy season ought not to be missed. It is an ideal place for honeymooners or couples and may be good for a group of friends even. But if you are planning for a kids group then you may want to avoid the place as there are no recreation nearby or even within the hotel for the young group to pass time.
The path to this place is quite bad and you need to be a confident driver in the hills to go up to this resort. Plan your trip in either rainy or winter season to get the most of this place.

We stayed for 2 nights in Room 202 in March. The room has excellent views both mountain and valley side. The highlight of the resort was the fact that it is the highest resort in Kerala with breathtaking views.We absolutely loved the food especially the traditional kerala dishes. Huge praise for all the staff who were very friendly and hospitable.Would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family.
