Definitely not the worth the money
Joke Mon 30/07/2017 08:32Really bad hotel, don't go here. For the money they ask (€750 for 2 nights, 2 rooms of which the much smaller twin bed room was more expensive than the much (!) bigger master bedroom (logic?), you can also find something else in the centre). I'm sure. Must say the big room was okay and comfortable and location is not that horrible. But personnel is overall unfriendly, breakfast was nothing to enjoy (includes breakfast room with blasting CNN tv switched on and poor food). No help for parking the car in an external parking ( ours was too big for their own, something they 'forget' to mention when booking), laughing at medical help needed when I broke my foot and a 'bonjour' in the morning is too pricey to give. Hope I changed your mind about going here 😉
Worst Service
LuvTraveling8on 22/07/2017 01:15Do not stay here. This was one of the worst booking experiences with a hotel. Anytime there was an inquiry, staff would not answer the concern. They just repeat their policy, which again doesn't address concern. They overcharge/double charge, and just don't care.
Perfect except for the entrance...
Nadia Bon 21/07/2017 15:52Very high standard hotel, brand new with contemporary design and decoration. Super clean. Everything available in the room (even a Nespresso machine) and the size of the big flat screen TV is impressive. Bed extremely confortable. Service is good.
According to me, two main problems:
1) the entrance is not at all convenient if you have big/heavy/numerous luggages or if you use a wheelchair as you will have to do down the stairs to access the elevator leading to the reception (on the first floor). The access ramp is too sloping, too tiny and not practical at all.
2) the net curtain in the room is insufficient given the huge building opposite the hotel. Thus, you end up closing the darkening curtain and switching on the lights for more intimacy.

Overall the rooms were clean and tidy close distance to everything and plus you get free train bus and tramp tickets to travel for staying in hotel
Mum was very satisfied with the hotel. Wifi was good no issues

Azhari1672on 05/06/2017 09:05The room was rather small but for the amount paid is far better than most other hotel. Location condusive within reach of everything. Situated down town near to the lake and walking distance to UN building. Bereakfast was pretty good with the choices offered.
