It's alright for a night
biggibosson 10/08/2017 15:05We booked that place spontaneously. The entrance hall looks modern and interesting The sign at the reception reads "railway station" and I couldn't resist not to order a train ticket, which the guy at the reception was confused off, but hey put the right terms there or start to understand some jokes mate ;)
Anyway, we booked a room with a nice view but got one facing the parking lot. So we went back and asked if it is possible to get a room facing the back, the green meadow. We kindly got one. - The room reminds of a hostel room and even smells like it. But for one night it was alright.
It's a shared-car-park in front of the hotel. However hotel guests need to pay for the car park and the ones who go to the Biergarten not. That's weird. I think they should make it either no-cost for everyone or a fee-based for everybody.
This hotel offers breakfast for an extra fee.
The wifi didn't work when we were there.
Great conference and accomodation
WitoldRKon 01/06/2017 17:15very good service, good location, very good price, spent 5 days at the hotel, enjoyed meals, ambience, kind service. a very god experience. I would recommend for any kind of trip, mainly for conferences. Not far fron city center. quiet and peaceful environment

Joergstravelon 21/05/2017 11:53The hotel is located in the south of the city close to the messe and expo area. The hotel offers free parking and wifi. The checkin was very fast and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast cost 17.5euro...which doesnt sound cheap, but as far as i heard it is very comprehensive and perhaps worth a try. The room was big enough and clean, the bed comfortable and the TV program did include also international channels. It was a good stay.
disappointed at a poor experience, unfriendly staff

nice, design style is elegant and location is convenient. However, although wifi is free the quality is very poor and breaks too frequently. Cleaning services not ideal, they left all china and silverware from previous day on desks and nightstands. Staff is unfriendly and not accommodating at all. Some of them preferred to not even talk to us in english, and upon request to extend our stay we were dismissed and sent to contact the manager (which I think was their job to do, not mine). In summary,
a nice place with very disappointing management. I truly hope they will be able
to improve with these comments.
PS: The biergarten is just fine, no isssues
at all.

IvanFuruyaon 24/04/2017 23:02I came to Hannover for an exhibition at Hannover Messe and the location of this hotel is perfect. Ten minutes by car to the exhibition place and close by some very good restaurants ! Also the hotel restaurant is a very nice one with a lot of choices of German food.
