It's no Ocean club, but it's still good!

I visited from the 20th of Juli till the 1st of August. The first day was quite a busy long-wait-in-the-lobby day. When i went to check-in, the reception was overful with complaining Egyptian people. This was their first year with many egyptian families so they couldn't handle everything like how they were used to with Europeans and other travellers.

Lately however the service was exceptional! The waiters, bell boys, managers, cleaners and pool-boys treated me like a king without them even expecting a tip. Always friendly and they always remembered my name and always wanted to chat.

Overall the food wasn't amazing in the main restaurant.....however the Milano restaurant was way better! You can always ask for a breakfast, lunch or dinner card to have your meal at the International, Oriental or Italian restaurant in Ali Baba hotel next to Aladdin! These 2 hotels are connected together.

Velvet smoothly is how i can describe the entertainment which was hosted by the animation team there! Funny shows after dinner, dancing and music on the terrace in the evenings and foam parties with a fire show on sundays. The animation team was very friendly and really knew which entertainment program suited everyone perfectly. They made really sure that the guest would be satisfied and made sure that they would have fun! Everything which was organised by the team was free of charge (except the foam party which was €10 but still worth it's price). Fun for both young & old!

Especially the hard work that the people who work there put in their guests is remarkably fantastic! They always make sure that their guests are satisfied.

You can always visit a beautiful shop with both cultural items as lovely gifts at a mall with fixed prices which is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. They have quite a huge selection there!

Only thing which is a complaint for me is that the rooms with the keys are old and that the balcony door at some rooms are forced open. A quick transfer to a room which utilizes a keycard will solve the problem!

Underneath all the warmth of the sun, is a beautiful beach with golden sand and the red sea with a perfect temperature that is both not too cold and not too warm!

Now, there isn't a very wide selection of dishes to select from if that is what you're looking for, but it will be enough for the full duration of your stay however.

After all it isn't Dubai with the luxury, but it sure isn't like most other African countries either with the poverty. So my advice would be to adjust yourself to the locals if possible.

Swimming pools were well kept there as well! The pool boys did their very best to keep everything safe and in check without being a nuisance!

Temperatures where very good during my visit. Around 39°C but the humidity wasn't very high so 39°C was perfect! The airconditionings around the hotel and in the rooms worked perfectly as well!

You can also use all the facilities of Jasmine and Ali Baba hotels around Aladdin because the hotels are with each other. There is more than enough to do!

After reviewing everything, i give this hotel a 7,5 out of 10. It sure is worth a visit for the beauty of Egypt! Especially if you are into diving and snorkeling then this is the place to be!

I spent a very good vacation there with my family and friends, it is a very nice hotel with a very nice beach and very good facilities and pools that shares some facilities with Ali Baba hotel such the Aqua park which was amazing and big, although the rooms need upgrading and you need to make sure the air conditioner in all rooms work fine there are some with it broken or don't cool the room. the food were fine and nice but there was one day when some groups arrived there were some overcrowding for food that got solved after and what may make it worse is just the Egyptian guests. the Animation team is very good and very active it was one of the reasons that we have enjoyed our vacation special thanks to Yana, Tulik and Modjo you are the best and all the team members.

There's some kind and nice people and nice team called animation team
I really loved them and the events was so good
They doing anything just for making you smile

Verry good hotel, nice people and always helping, verry clean. Best place to relax and have some fun. With a Nice beach,
And with a verry GOOD animation team. They make your holiday amazing and fantastic.

Awful Visit, will never Repeat it, I never advise anyone to stay in Aladin Hotel of Hurgada

we've had a terrible experience, the Restaurant was Extremely poor, smelling very bad, looks dirty, staff are reluctant to help customers in the hotel , every time you talk to a worker at the hotel, he tells you that "It is forbidden, last time I did this or that I was punished !!!! " ... anything they tell you during reservation is totally different from what you really get when you go there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. overall experience was waste of time, Mony and nerves.
