Great place to stay for business traveller
Ashutosh Son 08/03/2017 15:41As the hotel is located in heart of the city, close to most attractions, corporate offices near Navrangpura, Vastrapur, Satellite etc., having best of he amenities, its a great choice. Rooms are specious, neat, full of light, courteous staff, decent food in breakfast, mid range pricing so all in all a great deal.
not upto d mark as tariff
sayo85on 17/08/2016 15:09couple of month ago we stayed there. that was the 2nd time we were staying wit them. bt d rooms the offered was not very clean,bathrooms were not well maintained,the towels the offered to the guest were in worst condition. even after complaining bout the rooms when they shifted us to their suit room,that also was not up to the mark in comparison to the other hotel with this tariff. it is a real over-priced low quality hotel.
HELLLLL on earth..
geet219on 20/05/2016 12:57Unfortunately I was booked into this hotel by my business associate. If there is hell on earth then its this place.
The terrible experience started with getting stuck in the lift for 30 mins and the manager Mr. Krunal was more than casual about it as if it was everyday affair.
I was charged for things without prior intimation and the excuse was its not a star hotel. Hell its not !! I know
Then I met the LEGEND of the hotel. Mr. Some Singh (thank me later Mr. SS for forgetting your name). Usually incharge for the morning shift. This Mr SS had no interest in caring for the guests. I was made to feel as if I was paid to stay at the hotel to the extent of hearing 'Do what you want too it doesnt matter to us' (so sir I have done what I wanted to)
Apart from the 5 star staff (intended sarcasm) the rooms had leaking AC, stained toilets and dirty towels.
But no one really cares !! They are running the hotel because there exists a building with rooms and there are fools like me who book themselves into such hotels.
Just one advise. Stay if you get paid 10K a night by the hotel else do not bother !!
An average hotel
Rakesh Pon 02/02/2016 16:50Bad housekeeping is the hallmark of this place. Walls are full of seepage. Callous attitude of the staff. No hot water in the month of February. Mosquitoes are order of the day and service is just ridiculous!!
