Vipul556on 20/08/2017 10:31The property is pretty average but the service and hospitality made all the difference so much so that drying our stay in moksha after this we were only appreciating the hospitality that we received here at Sanctuary.. the front desk was good and so especially the management trainee Thakur Pratap Singh was very friendly and helpful.. the breakfast buffet was extremely sad with poor spread and could have been much better.. we ordered dinner out there twice and food was good both the times..
Do take the rooms facing the stream.. they were slightly bigger as well

PARI Mon 14/08/2017 11:30I made my reservation online, However maximum rooms were occupied by the members, More over this is Time Share Resort, Staffs are excellent and services are up to the mark, Manager is always available and soft spoken ,
We loved the Resort and will come back soon

As a members,we have visited to all these resorts ooty,goa,kodai,yercard n yelgiri but Dharamshala resorts doesn't have that much standard..no welcome drink,no fridge ,no play area , door r not proper ,no water bottles, air conditioner is soo noise . Ok ok to stay .
Fantastic service by chef Rajesh and Chetan from front office
neeraj son 25/07/2017 10:30Decided to go to Dharamshala sterling ,but I was not keen on how the place would be and whether my family would like it , but when I reached there chef Rajesh and Chetan from the front office ensured that by the time my stay was completed , my perception of the location was completely changed for the good , and thanks to chef Rajesh he also took special care that my 1 1/2 year old daughter was made to have her home cooked food and also recommended dishes where my wife also learned new recipes for my daughter . It's a must go .
