Great location, easy access, friendly staff, lots of room
Anne30247on 12/12/2016 19:49We had booked an apartment for our two night stay in Ascoli Piceno, but do to the recent earthquakes, at the last minute the apartment became unavailable. The owner helped us book here. Very nice surprise - three room suite with a very nice bathroom, comfortable bed with lots of room and living room/kitchen area which we really didn't use much, but it would have been nice for a longer stay. Extremely clean, everything was very well done. Just a few steps from the Piazza del Popolo. Breakfast coupons for two nice, close places were included. The desk is only staffed in the afternoon and evening, but that was not a problem. We arrived before 4 pm and the keys and instructions were waiting for us in a lock box. Key card to the outside door meant that we could come and go anytime that we wanted, but made us feel very secure. Good elevator (I have bad knees and needed it to go upstairs). The young lady who checked us in later in the day was very pleasant and made it clear that she would be happy to help us with anything that we needed, though we never had to take her up on it. Who ever was there always had a bright smile and friendly "bongiorno" whenever we went in or out.
Great location for a great price!
John Don 30/10/2016 17:10Tucked near to the center of the historic center (Piazza del Popolo), this hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, easily accessible and a good price! We had ample room in our suite for our family of 5. The breakfast coupons are for a richly historic cafe only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Although there's no parking on the premises, there is plenty of parking outside the historic district (10 minutes by foot).
Wonderful Stay!
sprezzatura56on 08/08/2016 16:23We rented a wonderful apartment for a month and loved it. The location can't be beat. It's only a two-minute walk from the Piazza del Popolo, the central square, and the same distance from the daily farmer's market in Piazza di San Francesco. The apartment itself had a comfortable living room/dining area/kitchen, a large bedroom, a nicely renovated bathroom with shower, and two narrow but long terraces, one overlooking the Corso Trento e Trieste, one of the central streets of the town, and the other, had a good view of San Francesco, one of the central monuments. And, the air conditioning worked very well. The management are very welcoming and helpful. The advised, made many great recommendations, and received several packages for us. We'll be back.
Brilliant
102georgezon 28/06/2016 00:29The location was great, the room was first class and the staff were superb. They could not do enough for you from organising my laundry, to recommending places to eat through to just providing good conversation. Easily the best value for money Hotel in Ascoli Piceno.
Central, helpful
Discriminat0ron 01/06/2016 22:48Very central but also quiet. Very helpful staff particularly one woman who spent quite a long time ringing around to get us into good restaurants. The rooms are a little sparse and it would have been helpful to have had more crockery, cutlery and nicer glasses. No corkscrew and no electric kettle.
