Beautiful view and great location. EXTREMELY NOISY.
The piazza was noisy all night. I came with a huge suitcase and no form of elevator, it is a townhouse so it's a walk up.
The voucher for breakfast has a value of about 5 euros. So wouldn't really call it free breakfast. Coffe, juice + 1 pastry.
Excellent B & B stay

The space was very clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes by feet from Padua Termini and almost in the middle of every historical monument that must be seen.Only the breakfast at the cafe downstairs was poor and disappointing.
I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back.

Peter Con 03/10/2016 22:33No one to receive us. Finally phoned the place to be given the pin for the entry. Then lugged cases up 23 stairs to the reception area where room key was on a desk to collect. Apart from later being visited by the owner to say hello and collect his money we saw no staff for all the five nights. Room was well appointed with balcony looking into the piazza. However very noisy until early hours of morning and again from before 6 am. Closing the balcony door cut down the noise but the room became very warm. Ineffective air conditioning. Breakfast is a joke. Go down to the cramped corner cafe with your ticket to receive one coffee and one pastry. And that is it. The man in the cafe was very efficient and helpful.
Would not stay here again. A rip off.
very disapointing staying in this place
אסתי כon 08/07/2016 12:07We are an elder couple travelling a lot.During our vacation in north Italy, at the begining of lune 2016 we booked 3 nights in this place,the location was perfect,but the stairs to the last floor were very difficult to support no body halped us with the luggage , the room was not very clean,the wool blankets were old and unpleasant,during our stay we never saw the howner,only the day that we arrived ,and she told us to pay her for 3 nights in advance.After two nights we left, she even didn't know it.We didn't complain because it was our vacation and we didn't want to ruin it.
Steps, a lot of steps
DavidD4204on 07/07/2016 07:53July visit, two nights - it's a BnB type place on a Piazza so ideal for access to cafes and the sights. Front desk only manned arrival hours, but we connected ok. Breakfast by voucher in one of two cafes on the square. Our room was top of the house so four floors worth. Room was ok very cramped bathroom, poor shower, but clean and bright so OK
