Short & amazing stay

1. room- very clean and comfy. spacious too
2. buffet- variety. you just be there early to avoid the line but its just short. food is delicious
3. service- excellent. from security,receptionist,bellboy and others. you did a good job of making us comfortable and welcome. though my request was not availble that time, they just upgrade my room with no extra cost. im really greatful to the receptionist.
overall, i would love to stay in your hotel again and will recommend for their excellent service.
Old hotel with classic charm
GerNi2016on 23/08/2017 11:45We stayed here during the long weekend. You can tell from the interiors that it's well managed but slightly old.
The deluxe room was spacious and offered a view of Manila bay. The breakfast buffet was good, there were a lot of choices and they refill food quite fast. Go early though, there was a long line when we finished eating. We also tried their homemade (they should change it to hotelmade ice cream =P) ice cream, the dark chocolate flavor wasnt available so we ended up getting the cheesecake flavored one which didnt disappoint.
The things that needs to be improved would be the ff:
- faster check-in/check-out counters as the whole process takes too long. We arrived past 2 PM and our rooms werent ready.
- attention to guest information and the reply time to reserve a room. It took them almost 24hrs to reply with a confirmation email and still managed to get some wrong info on the sheet.
Other than that, the overnight stay was ok.
Comfort while doung Business
Yankeeveeon 20/08/2017 01:19Great customer service and breakfast was good too. 5 stars for everything... room, amenities and staff. Check in and check out was fast. Had a comfortable stay despite the hectic schedule from work. Very near tourist spots and a lot of restaurants nearby. Downside... traffic.
New year fail

Funny how I think this is the third time I'm writing a review for this hotel. For tourists, it's better to find another hotel than this one. It's pricey and not worth of stay.

Leah Mon 14/08/2017 14:57You can see the majestic view of the sunset...we are at the 16th floor facing roxas blvd..so if you're thinking of having a family bonding...give yourself a chance to experience the best staycation..a 5 star for a wide array of food to feast on.. depending on your budget...a very cozy ambience of Corniche, a restaurant located at the ground floor.
