Lovely place to stay!

Our 12th Year in Calis and always like to try different self catering apartments, i can honestly say this is one of the most modern and clean ones we have stayed in!
A little way out of Calis centre, but only a short bus ride (2.75 l) we arrived to find we had the pool to ourselves for a few days at the beginning of the school holiday season. Very nice pools and sunbathing areas. Room very clean, with everything you need. All staff very friendly. Food available to order on your balcony which was great for our last morning before our long travel home. Would definately recommend a stay here!

Family holiday

Although our stay was some time ago when the hotel was newly opened I have to report on what was a great time with helpful, patient staff.
The facilities were really smart and clean.
From being collected at the airport (free) to answering strange touristy questions the staff were really good.
I would definitely visit here again.

Lovely place to stay

Just returned from our third stay here . We don't usually go to the same place twice so this place must be really special to draw us back three times and for us to already be discussing our next stay .

Why is it so good . Well the apartments are well equipped and very comfortable with air conditioning , a safe and free wifi . The linen is changed several times during your stay and towels are beautifully arranged decorated with fresh flowers . There is a large shady balcony where you can sit and eat meals or read

Then there is a lovely main pool surrounded by nice loungers and well kept grounds . A great place to cool down , relax , have a swim and read .

There is small shop selling the essentials such as beer and coffees sachets and bread and you can buy snacks as well . The Turkish breakfast which is delivered to your balcony looks great .

Nothing is too much trouble . This trip car hire for three days was arranged for us

The place is at the quieter end of Calis , a block back from the sea . We enjoyed being able to walk down and grab a lounger at one of the beach bars some days .

It's also a 15 minute walk to get to one of several good local restaurants

If you want to go into the local town then the local minibuses run every few minutes from the bottom of the road and take your there for @ 50 p a person

Go once and you will be hooked . Can't wait for our next visit

We stayed here for 11 nights we had two - two bed apartments they had everything you could wish for. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge there was no extra charge - no extra charge for the safe in the room. And we also had a late check out but because they were quiet there was no charge for that either! They have a washing machine and microwave along with a full size fridge with a freezer on the top - the bathroom had a proper shower cubicle which was refreshing :) Bedrooms were great lovely comfy beds.
The apartments are a twenty minute walk into town but there is a Dolmus stop at the bottom of the road and its 2.75 Turkish Lira each way about 80p per person - so not a bank breaker if you didn't fancy walking.
The staff are amazing Mel who always has a wonderful smile on his face :) and Yusuf who cooked the meals for us absolutely brilliantly :) Ihsan who was always around on reception all so pleasant and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had our breakfast and meals in the evening delivered to the apartment and ate on the balcony.
The pool was lovely and we literally had it to ourselves the last week. These apartments are spotless and like I said nothing is too much trouble for the team there they are incredibly helpful and polite and great fun.
I would definitely book these apartments again its nice to be out of the business of Cails but nice to be able to get into it during the evening - fantastic.

Fantastic place away from home

Stayed here for 16 nights in August following recommendation from others, it didn't disappoint!
Had a 2 bed villa with 2 bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs toilet with washing machine and iron, ironing board. Everything we needed was there and it was very clean. Any issues were dealt with immediately and nothing was too much trouble for, Mel, Yusuf and the rest of the team.
We had breakfast included in our package which was brought to our villa every morning when we were ready and we would sit and eat on our balcony, it was lovely. You could also have other meals delivered but we would eat in the restaurant area or go out most of the time.
The swimming pool is great and cleaned regularly, there were other families there so our girls made lots of friends and could run around the complex. However the restaurant, shop, pool table and gym are all near the pool and there was never any worry of them going outside the complex as it is not too big.
This is a great place to relax but also meet other families and enjoy your holiday. We had a car for the duration of our stay so went out most days to explore. The beaches in Chalis are more pebbles, take swim shoes and you'll have a great time jumping the waves. We love going to the lagoon in Oludeniz where the water is warmer and you can get pedalos or canoes and see turtles. We ate out most evenings, enjoying the restaurants of Fethiye, Oludeniz and Hisonaru but the food at Diana is great and freshly cooked so you could spend all your time there.
We have already booked to return again this year and as others have said, Mel and Yusuf make this place worth coming back to as their commitment and dedication is remarkable and it wouldn't be the same if they were gone.
