Really a very good place to stay....
We checked in late ( round about 11:30pm )but dinner was prebooked.. as we missed the dinner time, the hotel people arranged sandwiches at that hour... they were so much cooperative......
Fully equipped rooms...
God menu for dinner and breakfast....

One of luxury hotel in Cappadocia

We (my Husband and and my brothers from Thailand) went to stay there for one night . We know this hotel from Mr Ismail Gümüş who arrange the hotel , ballon and Capadocia tour for us . He told us that Dilek Kaya hotel is 4 stars in Cappadocia which is including breakfast and dinner.

My experience to stay here is excellent ,standard of cleanness is high , staffs are well trained, fully facilities , both breakfast and dinner are perfect (large , variety and rich Turkish food ), including spa ,bar service for anyone who want to relax at night time.

We also got a bargain price for a night for 5 people (2 rooms).

Weak point of this hotel is location , a bit far from centre unless you drive your car.
I will recommend family traveller or couple
who would like to stay a bit of touched. This is might be your answer in Cappadocia .

Seeing co travellers across the balcony from our rooms

The hotel was different from all the others we stayed in as we toured Turkey. The set up was such that ther was a whole row of rooms across our own row of rooms separated by what seemed like a balcony. We could stand on our side and chat with our friends at the other side and agree to go to the dining hall together or take a look at the view outside.
Rooms were cozy but wifi was difficult inside the room. We had to go to the lounge right across the hotel entrance to go online. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was a wide variety of food choices. There was a shop in the ground floor selling good souvenir items.
We liked the place because of the set up of rooms.

Large rambling hotel in lovely golden stone.. Great breakfast. Lots of big groups.
A little more attention to room preperation could be done. This is a great hotel to stay two days on tour and get washing done big bathroom lots of hanging space.

Wonderful views are available on the upper terraces so make sure to request for a room there. The hotel is not a real cave hotel but constructed cave-style(using the local limestone). Depending on how you view this, it can be quite novel or kitschy.

Our room had several dead flies and a couple of live ones which we couldn't get rid of.
