Good value for area, but flashback to 1970s - enclosed pool
Inquilinuson 30/07/2017 14:28No elevator. Well maintained older rooms. No breakfast room. Merely a small breakfast bar with dry cereal, milk, 12 pieces of fruit (bananas & apples). Coffee pot on warmer which causes bitter taste. Well maintained grounds. Pool & hot tub in west facing atrium area facing mountains, which allows watching sunset.
Ideal location!
Road_Tripper303on 26/06/2017 04:32The hotel is situated next door to Dillon Dam Brewery and across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store, Walgreens, movie theater and an REI! The Silverthorn Outlets are about 1/2 mile down the road.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and fresh coffee around 6:30 am 🙂 We like to search out non-chain establishments in support of small businesses. We are rarely disappointed.
We will definitely stay here again.
Nice, clean, affordable, good location
GaoAnTianon 16/06/2017 05:22Easy access off the interstate, a nice break if you're driving through the Rockies. It is close to grocery shopping, outlet mall and lots of food choices. Nice staff. Not the greatest breakfast (coffee, tea, donuts) but there is an Einstein Brothers bagels across the street.
It was ok
Dana Aon 22/03/2017 18:21Staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were clean and worked properly. Older hotel room but clean and beds were comfortable. WIFI wasn't great I did have issues with streaming but overall a pleasant stay
Overall, decent hotel for the money. Customer service lacking.
Kaye_2uon 13/03/2017 02:21Dillon Inn was a decent hotel. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room. Small room, but it worked. I enjoyed the hot tub. Customer service was lacking. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the tissue was also gone. I called the front desk, no answer, so I walked down to the desk... no one, anywhere. I called in the morning and walked to the desk to get the TP. I explained to the lady my predicament at 5 am. Her response... 'you should have called'. I explained that I had, in which the phone rang literally 20 times, and therefore, I walked down only to find no one was there. She shrugged her shoulders and said 'we sleep at night'. She then pushed the Tp towards me, said 'you got it now' and turned around and walked away. (March 8, 2017).
