NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

This hotel is not a 4 star
The rooms are very basic and shabby
All inclusive is only for very local drinks ie- wine, beer, ouzo etc no spirits at all
The food is poor and cold
There is no entertainment at all.
The best thing about the hotels is the beach across the road, however you need to take your own towels.

Good hotel, nice staff, rooms are clean (my number 231). Hotel is located near the sea. Nice swimming pool, the child is very pleased with swimming pool. A lot of shops near the hotel. We have a nice rest.

Good place to stay.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room and the whole hotel are clean.
I'm here already 5 days and will stay more 5. The room (340) is small but with sea view(enjoying the sound of sea).

The location is great, about 15-20 meters from the sea.

I'm sorry to say but this is not s 4 star hotel. We would give it only 2 stars. We paid a lot of money and it was not worth it. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are terrible. Really grotty, we had a shower with a cheap and nasty shower curtain with holes in it. The mirror had rust all over it and there where loads of cobwebs over the windows. It was horrible and smelled disgusting in there. The bedroom curtains where even hanging off the window! That's not 4 star!

The hotels visitors are all Russian. This hotel only caters for them. Do not come and expect anything in English and that means food as well. If you like Russian salad your in for a treat. Breakfast is the worst meal, no toast, no toaster, no bacon ever! just freezing cold eggs and beans maybe potatoes and mushrooms. We gave up it was awful and always Cold. My kids haven't eaten any of the food. We had to get them donuts in the shop next door. Spaghetti which is on every night is the only thing they will even look at. I think the hotel should try to balance out all nationalities tastes. Try at least. My kids were dying for a pizza or a burger anything they could recognise.

The drinks are very limited, no Rose wine no cocktails. Just beer and red and white wine. Very disappointing in fact very limited on All inclusive. You don't get any snacks In between hours or beach towels. They stand guard over the ice-cream so no one can get more than two scoops. I would not class it as an All inclusive at all.

Unfortunately there are no notices of what is happening in the hotel or anything written in English up anywhere.

There are about 50 beds at the beach all in various states of disrepair plus 6 shabby umbrellas to go round, it's not monitored so lots of other people get there early and use them.

There are only two good things about the hotel. The pool is nice and the beach is near.

I booked this hotel because it said it had been renovated this year. All I would say is keep going you have a lot to do.

We arrived on August 23 and and moved to room 332.The atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing and family friendly, we are enjoying our vacation immensely and thinking of coming back next year . We are also very thankful to the management and staff who have been very helpful and friendly . Thanks a lot !
