Great vacation

It was my first experience in Turkey and I must say the better quality on holiday I hadn't. Exclusive hotel, so nice room, great service, everything was clear and nice. Wifi in all hotel. So large choice of foods, very good taste. We had Ultra All Inclusive. Nice and clear beach, the sea was hot, swimming pool to same. It was perfect for me for morning swimming. Animation program was little faintly, but ok. Fitness, swimming pool also inside. Really good choice!

Hotel is not in Belek!! You have to drive till the center of Belek by bus about 20 minutes Hotel is not 5 star.Food is normal,wi-fi too pure.dishes are dirty and you can find lipstick on your cup.i don't understand what is housekeeping on their mind because they only correct the bed.there is nothing to do after 20:00-you can go to sleep.they turn off lite in door about 02:00 and in the lobby bar too.animation is too poor. this vacation was Boring!!!!

Where do I begin! Firstly, I would like mention that this hotel doesn't cater for English speaking guests!
2. Hotel is NOT 5 star more like 2 star quality. Out dated furniture and ripped bedsheets.
3. Hygiene buffet was terrible! I don't appreciate finding HAIRS in the food nor do I appreciate people touching food with their hands - DISGUSTING!
4. Staff - as Russian or German are not my first languages. I don't appreciate being mocked by Your bar staff when ordering drink - pathetic! No customer service!

Food was good and the waiters where great also. But the spa workers specialy a russian women who works in the spa reception section who gives us towels snaped at us and was harsh. İ said to her that i placed my towel for five minutes in the spa section somewhere and got back my towel was not there so could you give me another one please. She degraded me no one could of taken your towel. Dont forget your towel anywehre next time and now go shouted at me. The hotel should remove workers like this its bad for the imaj of the hotel.

Fantastic Holiday

Have just returned from a 10 night holiday at Novia Dionis and had a fabulous time. We had booked a ‘Junior Suite with Sea View’ and the room (room 4211) was lovely, nicely decorated, clean and had two floor length windows which overlooked the sea and pool. Kadia (the maid who cleaned our room) was polite and very thorough. The food was amazing – absolutely lots to choose from and there was always something for the children (ages 7 and 13) to eat – they do chips/potato wedges, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, rice etc. daily. The majority of the staff speak English and all the staff in the hotel are polite and hard working- the tables at mealtimes are cleared quickly, and around the hotel staff are constantly tidying and cleaning. The hotel looked immaculate. But the thing that really made our holiday special was the animation team. They are friendly, fun and made you want to join in. We have never done so much on holiday- from playing darts, dancing, shooting, aqua aerobics, zumba, to trying to ‘skip on a surfboard’ during one of the pool games. All the team were amazing but the ones who deserve a special mention are: - Alona – who ran the mini-club (Rachel had a great time every day- thank you), Sebastian, Al Pacino, Farthi and especially Charlie. Charlie’s enthusiasm is infectious and it is obvious he enjoys his job, he is a credit to the hotel and we would love to come back again and hope we could recreate the same experience we have just had.
