fleurlyleon 19/08/2017 17:47DSB is just perfect. From arriin Caticlan to check-in process, everything is taken care of and absolutely spot on. The whole staff and customer services were all very friendly, professional and courteous. It was our first time in Boracay and first time in Discovery Shores and it was an awesome experience!

sojourner_jon 19/08/2017 11:54The rooms are big, with plenty of amenities you would expect of a hotel at this price point. Service is very good.
However, the food (except for the breakfast spread which is great) needs improvement, for they taste bland, dry and definitely not good. Also, don't be deceived by the website pictures, the pool at the hotel is small.
Request for a room nearer to the pool or beach, or at the preferred level (ground/ 2nd) otherwise you might end up with a room on the farther side near the road, which is a good 5-7 minute walk to the pool/beach area, which is tiring if you've just spent a day on the beach.

David Son 19/08/2017 11:07We had 4 days at his fabulous resort and can only say that from the moment we were met at the airport the sheer friendliness and courtesy shown was over whelming.
This has to be the best hotel we have stayed at and all of the staff are so genuine and kind and go out of their way to make your stay Special.
Gen and Jig were exceptional in the service they gave us, nothing was to much trouble and they are a true credit to the hotel.
The sunsets are truly amazing and the food is of the highest quality, most of all the rooms and cleanliness are of the highest standard.
You can either just chill on the white sandy beach and bathe in the crystal clear waters or take part in many water sports to be had along the beachfront.
We liked our stay so much we are actually going back for 3 more days next week.
Looking forward to seeing you all again very soon.

happy hours at the pool was terrific and enjoyable....

Bad experience at Discovery Shores
Aaron Jon 15/08/2017 16:51Charged me for high season when it was low season. The office asked me for credit card number when I paid through my wedding planner. Completely dis organised hotel. Heartless to put my room miles away from my bride and make everyone walk till sweaty until I protested. Never come here for wedding. Choose Asya or Shangrila
