Very friendly and smiling staff (Pankaj, Ravi, Deenesh, Usman Bhai) who were always helpful all the time.
Amazing chef (Pankaj) - cooks food according to your own taste.
Farzana and team keep up the good work and thank you for the amazing hospitality.
Heritage experience with spacious rooms.
Bhavesh Ron 31/05/2017 20:11It's very close to Ahmadabad railway station, just 10 minutes car drive. Very near to Sabarmati River front, just walking distance. But the most important is to stay here and understand the life style of ancient Ahmadabad. The collection of photos tells the story of this place and old Ahmadabad. The price is also very economical. Generally, foreigner stay here.
Heritage hotel STAY AT HOME FEELING
ishfaqalion 02/05/2017 04:16when we first we entered the staff welcomed us like family members. me& my wife had gone there for conference , it was a right choice for the staff's are so good. they made us to feel like home. the food was tasty and served with care. they served non veg food both for lunch and dinner. the pakodas in the evening were also very well done.we stayed in a suite on first floor. the air condition in the bed room was very good. but the drawing room may need another air conditioner.
overall ambience had old world charm. Onto negatives, the slight negative about the hotel is its location, being bang on the street but it doesn't really distract from the ambience. But do make sure to have Google Maps ready because we had trouble locating the address since this place is quite unknown among locals and our airport taxi had to make multiple enquiries before reaching the place! Other issue was that the credit card machine was not working and we had to settle in cash

littletravellers7on 13/04/2017 04:33Divan's bungalow is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Ahmedabad. It's in the middle of the hustle-bustle of the city and yet has its own calm and quite. We were 3 families staying there in the month of December after completing the Kutch trip. The manager was very helpful, approachable and took care of our comfort to the best possible. Divan's bungalow's proximity to House of MG and other main shopping areas added to our comfort. Just take an auto ride or even better, Uber, and there is no inconvenience at all.

Tempotravelleron 10/04/2017 08:36Beautiful place and well kept. A good home stay experience. The reason I give them only 3 is because of the quality of food and the hygiene maintained in the kitchen. We were served with rancid poha for breakfast.
This place has miles to go before they reach perfection with food and hygiene. My experience could be a one off situation.
But everything else was very good.
